Last thread ended with a series of Really Good News, so let's hope this one keeps up the trend!

poco I meant 'one of those pregnancy bleeds' that a lot of us get (I did at 10 weeks) but baby is still growing and healthy. xx

pocopearl · 21/01/2015 20:23

Mslad i really dont think i am that lucky... think all the signs have been there; weak bfp on cheapies, mild cramps and now this. We have been trying 17 months (wanted one straight after DS1) and were about to give up ttc, prob should have done. I wish you all the best of luck with your pregnancies. x

What time are you on at tomorrow sunbathing? I wouldn't worry too much about movement, I have a posterior placenta (so thought I would feel it earlier) and at my 20 week scan she was moving like crazy but I couldn't feel her, and yesterday the midwife could feel her moving a lot but I still couldn't. I'm sure you'll start to feel movement soon.

poco. I hope it is not what you fear. I have seen a lot of stories on this thread start like yours and get better. If it is please don't give up unless you are sure that's the right decision for you. I was ttc for well over 18 months and had three mcs before this one which seems to have stuck.

longestlurkerever · 21/01/2015 23:01

Good lucksunbathing! I am at the same stage as tori and agree it all feels much better this side of that scan. We have joined in the pram chat and everything! X

Can't remember if anyone has appointments/scans today, good luck if you do.

cavamonster · 22/01/2015 08:01

Morning, just a quick update that my scan went well yesterday and we saw a little heartbeat at 7 weeks which was amazing after the disappointment of last week. Have relaxed a little but as my last two mmc have been at 7 & 8 weeks, my scan in two weeks is a biggie for us. If we get to nine weeks then I've said to myself I'll arrange my booking in appointment.

Good luck to everyone else who are having scans today and tomorrow.

DoctorDonnaNoble · 22/01/2015 08:03

Excellent news cava! Here's hoping for a stress free fortnight for you!

Mslad · 22/01/2015 08:41

Brilliant news cava! A great sign & hope the next two weeks goes really quickly

That's great cava :)

I'm hoping to have an early scan next week. The doctor asked me to go back on Tuesday when ill be 6+2 and we can take it from there.
I'm signed off from work with stress and I can honestly say I really needed it.
I feel guilty as anything but I don't feel like im letting baby down now.

DoctorDonnaNoble · 22/01/2015 10:32

Treacle - I was wondering how work was going! Glad you've got a break from all the stress.
I'm hoping I can get a referral for an early scan this time as I really don't want to pay £100 to get my heart broken again!

Rebeccaelizabethxo · 22/01/2015 10:47

Oh god I've just been to the loo and I've got some reddish brown blood, I don't know what's going on. I can't handle another miscarriage. I don't know what to do :(

Mslad · 22/01/2015 10:50

rebecca I had that at 10 weeks- terrifying. I called my midwife straight away and got a scan. Can you go to an epu or call your midwife? Hold tight, it doesn't mean worse case scenario. xx

Littlelady33 · 22/01/2015 11:12

Great news cava and Rebecca try to get to an EPU as quickly as you can, it really doesn't have to mean the worst

Rebeccaelizabethxo · 22/01/2015 11:13

I've called the midwives and they can't help me, have to go to my gp for an emergency app and hopefully be referred for a scan. God I am so sacred.

Littlelady33 · 22/01/2015 11:16

Littlelady33 · 22/01/2015 11:17

Rebecca is there not an early pregnancy unit near you?

Rebeccaelizabethxo · 22/01/2015 12:29

Yeah at my local hospital, the dr has sent over a referral. Just got off the phone the the eapu and they have said they won't scan me as I'm only 5 weeks. I have to wait untill next Wednesday. I feel like I'm in limbo :(

Mslad · 22/01/2015 12:41

Oh no Rebecca that's awful. Have you had any more blood?
