Hugs smallbear. Everyone has already given you good advice. Know the 2 weeks waiting for results will feel like ages but keep posting and we'll hold your hand.

xx

Littlelady33 · 02/01/2015 17:11

I second that smallbear - hand holding and thinking of you over the next couple of weeks - but as several have said already there are still many reasons to be very positive

Babytinx11 · 02/01/2015 17:15

Daft question here but anyone else found themselves ridiculously itchy?

longestlurkerever · 02/01/2015 17:24

Baby I had that with dd. It is the skin stretching I think.

silverine · 02/01/2015 17:27

Two weeks wait is not too bad when you thonk that, although cvs initial results arrive in 3 days, you'd vspend the next 2 weeks feeling nervous about possible mc anyway...
baby don't MWs advise to call them if you feel itchy, particularly your hands? www.nhs.uk/conditions/pregnancy-and-baby/pages/itching-obstetric-cholestasis-pregnant.aspx#close

longestlurkerever · 02/01/2015 17:32

The only thing to mention about the Harmony test is that sometimes they can't get enough foetal blood to get a result. I hope that doesn't happen for you. xx

envious yes palms of my hands and the soles of my feet itch it's literally head to toe Confused I will call them in the morning not quite 32 weeks yet so hopefully it's nothing nasty just really annoying. I have decided that as much as i would love a football team of babies that this is the last I'd be mad to do it again lol

smallbear thinking of you, I went through the same thing, and even though the odds are highly in your favour, it's awful to have to go through the 2 week wait. I got through it by taking each day at a time & I got a lot of support on a thread I started on the antenatel choice section. I'm sure it will be ok for you, try not to worry too much, & we're all here for you if you need us.

blankfornames · 03/01/2015 08:40

Brummie Im so sorry you have to go through this heartache again. Thinking of you.

Hi ladies, I have been MIA for quite sometime. I'll update first then catch up later.
Unfortunately I spent all Christmas in hospital with severe pneumonia. They threatened on a few ocassions to deliver Bean at 31 weeks as I was so ill but thankfully someone was looking out for me and my condition began to improve slowly. They were worried about what the effects of the infection were to Bean and spoke of developmental delays and growth reductions but at 31 weeks Bean was weighing 4 lb 14 so Im very hopeful that everything is alright. I'm not mad about the idea of being on a series of Antibiotics but it needed to bo done.

I'm home from hospital now and will look forward to catching up on all the news.
Happy New Year y'all Wink

Thanks for all your kind words everyone.

Sorry to hear you're going through the mill again baby and I hope it's nothing serious.

Sorry to hear you had to spend Christmas in hospital blank, but glad you're starting to recover. FX bean stays put for a little while longer.

CallingAllEngels · 03/01/2015 10:21

Haven't been on for a while but just peeked to see I was at the top of the stats list! Still no baby here at 40+6. Looking like induction at the end of next week at this rate.

Went in for monitoring on EDD due to reduced movement but everything was fine.

Mslad lovely to see you again. Sure we were on the same thread back in the summer? My brain is a bit fuzzy but think you may be in my neck of the woods or perhaps I'm confusing you with someone else.

big hugs smallbear

longestlurkerever · 03/01/2015 10:47

Sorry you were ill blank. That must have been scary. Glad you are on the mend.

Exciting engels! Please update when the baby is here.

Babytinx11 · 03/01/2015 11:19

Thank you envious just called the ward they are closed so waiting for a call back to let me know if I need to go to a hospital out of area for blood tests or gp on Monday
Sorry to hear about your christmas blank glad your on the mend now though

tannyLoo · 03/01/2015 11:22

Engles good to hear from you! I was doing a bit of lurking on the Dec pg after MC thread to see if there was any news (not a stalker at all!)

I think I must be getting a bit hopeful that there will be a baby at the end of this. I have bought a new baby blanket, and booked my preparing for birth acupuncture sessions to start in a couple of weeks. Even thinking about a bag. How's that for a bit of posifrickentivity? Of course I can't think about names or think about maternity leave, as it might be jinxed if I do!

Mslad · 03/01/2015 14:20

blank that sounds awful. Glad to hear you're feeling better now.

Hi calling I was in the due in January thread, but had a mmc in June. I'm also living in Holland, which is why you might remember me. I haven't gone back into the June thread, but I have been looking out for you here- waiting for your baby news Smile. Best of luck!!!
