Hi ladies, great news on good scans today! And lovely to hear from all the grads!
I have my overdue appt tomorrow morning, really hoping we can get things moving tomorrow or thurs!

Good scan news, guys!

pgchimp I had this. Was incredibly annoying. The only thing I found that helped was pillows between legs, and even then, still hurt. A lot. I would push for a physio referral if I were you. I didn't push, and they put me off a couple of times. By the time they actually referred me I was on a 6 week wait list which took me up to a couple of weeks before baby due!
On the plus side- as soon as I had her it went away. :)

PG sadly that sounds about right . I wake up about twice a night and have to turn over because my hips are killing me. Sadly the. turning over is worse because the join at the front of my pelvis has gone now too. As I turn over there's a nasty snap and a grinding noise. Its not good. I'm a bit late to do anything now, definitely ask for a referral asap, or, if you can afford it go and see a nice osteopath.

Lad scans went well, I unfortunately have started bleeding today, :-( am suitably devastated and not sure how much more I can take of this, it's light red blood when wiping however bleeding for me is never a good sign. Ho hum, doctors still on Monday will discuss with her then and push for something to be done as something is clearly not right.

pg yip that sounds like pgp. I'm thinking about requesting stronger painkillers as I'm waking every time I move and I'm so knackered. I know that's going to be situation normal in a few weeks with baby but so frustrated cos could really do with sleep now! some people recommend wearing support belt in bed but I found it really uncomfy. no other good advice I'm afraid, even reflexology isn't giving much relief at the mo. Fortunately I am still walking and mostly ok in day though so got to be grateful for small mercies! hope you get a physio referral ok.

DTM dont panic too much yet. It happens a lot. There are tonnes of people on here who've bad early bleeding and gone on to be just fine. x

Saggy, I not feel pg in any way, my boobs are not overly sore, I tested positive sat though that was a good sign obviously not. Bleeding for me means only one thing unfortunately. :( I'm not sure what the gp will recommend. I suspect nothing. :(

I've just started washing the baby clothes I have which feels really bizarre looking at them. Still can't believe it's happening and worried about coping and being responsible for a tiny little person. I really should be a lot more prepared but I don't really know what I'm doing or what I need! Feel a bit panicked!

Hey DTM how far along are you? Sounds like you have some encouraging data ( good scan,positive test), and some scary data (bleeding,boobs not as sore, feeling less pregnant).
Given the scan is so recent and the bleeding sounds to be light, is there maybe not some hope?
Have multiple things crossed for you.

dtm so sorry to hear that. Is there no way you can see someone before the doctor on Monday? Can you go to EPU? I have everything crossed for you.

pg I get exactly the same with my hips at night. The only position I can get back to sleep in is lying on my back which you are not supposed to do. But then that makes my right leg get pins and needles so I wake up again later by which time my hips have recovered enough for side sleeping again

O no scan here that was to those who did have one I'm nearly 4-5 I give up. Good luck to you all though.

Talking of PGP, I think one of my FILs has done me an injury!
We were messing about and I leant over to slap him as he sat on the sofa. As I moved away he stuck his leg out and caught mine and has really tweaked that frontal join! it flipping hurts! It was all an accident but im considering suing!

Only 4 weeks just now.

Got location scan at 6 weeks on 20th if I make it that far. You may remember my last was suspected ectopic.

So I come from the ttc thread with my chin up and my tits out... And today I am pregnant!

This thread is the grads thread for the ttc post mc thread we were on so good to hang out with the grads! But the oct one is everyone at the same stage which is helpful too as everyone there is as totally mental and knicker checking as me!
DTM sorry to hear bout the bleeding. I know it's hard to stay positive as like you, I've inly had blood when it's been bad news so find it hard to think the good news stories apply to me too. Could you get down to EPU sooner than Monday? The wait is bad enough...
