Guys, can I ask a personal question... are you all having regular sex with your dh's? We've been too scared but I'm worried we'll go without for 9 months at this rate!!!! Are we being ridiculous???

No, kitty it's been rather sparse for us too. Not because of being scared so much, a lot of it is because of feeling so ropey/knackered/sick etc and just wanting to be asleep by 8.00pm 9.00pm

Ok that makes me feel better! All I could think of was my mate who turned into some sex addict when she got pg and why I wasn't like her!

So went out with a few friends last night. One if them (who I didn't actually realise knew I was ttc) was like 'oh it's bound to happen soon, in fact you could have sex tonight and wake up pg tomorrow!' In my head: Hmm yep, might even wake up pg without having sex lol

My OH acts like he might die if we dont have regular sex, we went down to about once a week/once every 10 days though from finding out till around 20/25 weeks. Once the bump apeared we started dtd less as it got in the way, plus I've had cystitis a fair bit so thats put me off and since my hips got bad about 3 weeks ago hes had a total drought although he has tried it on a fair few times Sorry if that's way tmi!

One of my friends got hugely horny when she was preggo, they were dtd about 5/6 times a week all the way through! Sod that!

I went right off DTD while pregnant, which is quite unlike me. Once the MS had passed I still obliged a bit because I wanted to want to do it (if that makes any sense?) but if i'm honest I would rather have had a brew and a nap. I found you hear quite a lot about women who get super horny but that's the minority and going off it is much more common. For those who've gone off it, feel reassured your mojo does come back after the birth if you can find the time and energy to actually do it.

Hi everyone. We havent dtd since we got the bfp. We dont dare! tbh I think oh is glad of the rest!!

I haven't dared go to the gym either. im a runner so just normally run and sometimes step. I know it's irrational but im too scared!
my plan is to wait another week and if all ok go back and do lower impact stuff like step and cross trainer.

In other news, boobs r getting a lot more painful which is very good news! all symptoms welcome here!

Puppy basically everything you just said applies to me and my dh as well!!! I'm really torn with the exercise though. Think I might start again after my scan on Tuesday, all being well. Know it's meant to be nothing to worry about but think I'd feel a lot better if I'd not had the brown spotting

We are still DTD but not as often, and now it is DP who is up for it more than me for the first time in our relationship! After all the TTC scheduled sex I am quite glad of the change in dynamic and not feeling like a sex pest for once
