Poppy my sickness is worse in the morning and afternoon until about dinner time when I'm v hungry. Seems you and I have ours the opposite way around :)
As for your daily email and concern about weight I have this to say: the email is from a textbook and because you are a unique woman you might not fit into everything the email says at every stage of the pregnancy journey.
You will need a new bra nearer to the 20 week mark, or at least I did when I was pregnant with DS. Overall last pregnancy I went from a 34DD to a 38E. I'm now back to a 34C after breastfeeding for almost a year but fully expect to go back up a few sizes during this pregnancy.
Everyone puts on different amounts of weight - don't forget that by the end around 8lb of it is baby and there is also a load of blood, fluid etc so even though the scales might be very different to pre-pregnancy it might not be that you're fat, IYSWIM.
Some people do pile on fat during pregnancy, some have huge bumps but are pretty much the same as before (that's what I was like) and others just stay tiny and have tiny bumps.
The midwife will weigh you during your appointments and she will tell you if she thinks you're too light or too heavy. My advice is don't weigh yourself, let pregnancy be a time when you let you body relax from those worries.
HTH!
