June 2007 They're (almost all) two which makes them hard work in a whole new range of ways. But just as adorable!

Unable to sleep thought I'd see what had been going on and saw we were due a new thread. Hope this is OK?

Great site Holly

I've got loads of suncream (and am allergic to Nivea) but thanks anyway . Will be up for anything else. I didn't get any M&B testing this year

I woke up at 2.30am to a rendition of twinkle twinkle little star . She is really into singing atm.

DD moved up a room in nursery yesterday....it goes so quickly. There's only one room left and thats preschool

LackaDAISYcal · 09/07/2009 15:48

I'm always up for testing sunscreen holly.....I'm trying to find one that doesn't aggravate DD's eczema!

I feel really guilty about getting three categories for M&B this year

LackaDAISYcal · 09/07/2009 15:54

lol at the singing norty ; DD has been singing Happy Birthday to everyone she meets, whether it's their birthday or not, and she also sings in her sleep. Usually "twinkle stars", but she was gently singing various songs from CBeebies the other night

she is currently wandering around with some velcro rollers stuck in her hair at a jaunty angle, bless her

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 09/07/2009 16:07

We are low on suncream Holly, so would be happy to help!

Had lovely afternoon out with Jamlet

great site holly I am in awe of your web building prowess!

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 09/07/2009 17:30

Fucking hell, my ds has just eaten 5 baby new potatoes, some salad, some pasta and half a boiled egg! Blimey, he can have some ice cream now!

If anyone has any reviews from anything they've tested and wouldn't mind forwarding them to me I'd be v grateful. Also if there's anything you want to review that you've bought then that would be great too! Everyone that tested the Duplo can you send me a review when you get the chance please? TIA!

I did cheat a bit with that site, but made most of it myself!!

The sun cream lady has emailed me back with the instructions, so I'll read them and send everyone a fb message.

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 09/07/2009 17:38

I'll FB you all now with the instructions x

LackaDAISYcal · 09/07/2009 17:57

holly what's your email? I have stacks of reviews for you

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 09/07/2009 18:00

holly and alice at hotmail.co.uk

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 09/07/2009 18:00

Have sent you a FB email re duplo review Holly

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 09/07/2009 18:00

Thank you xx

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 09/07/2009 18:05

Thanks jammy, that is great. Do you mind yours and jamlet's first names being on the review? If not I'll make up names for you both!

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 09/07/2009 18:08

If it's just 1st name's and not surnames then that's fine.

OP posts:
HollyPutTheKettleOn · 09/07/2009 18:11

Yep, just first names and jamlet's age. Thanks very much, I'm just adding it now. I'll put a link up in a sec.

Rialentless · 09/07/2009 18:12

sodding kids.

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 09/07/2009 18:18

I agree, little shits! Mine are yelling at each other because dd wants to arrange the toy cars and ds just wants to play with them! What are yours doing?

Sputnik · 09/07/2009 18:36

When I read about your DS eating Holly I assumed at first it was Fury! Mine has something up I think and is having a yogurt and banana day. How are you doing with the cutting down bf?

I never got any Duplo in the end.
Do you want reviews of just any random baby stuff we've used?
Site looks good btw.

Something very strange is going on with my children whereby they keep playing nicely with each other. Been going a few days now. I am wondering if it's because DD is less stressed (it's her that usually starts it) as school is finished.

HellHathNoFury · 09/07/2009 18:37

Holly I am happy to help out.

DS is talking to himself, singing Bob the Builder and then saying 'well done'.

I just dyed my eyebrows and now I look like Alastair Darling.

HellHathNoFury · 09/07/2009 18:39

Ha Sputnik at baby fury comment

He is letting the side down lately though and only eating little meals.

Sputnik · 09/07/2009 18:49

I think they go in and out of growth spurts.

What do you regular ebayers think of sending messages to your buyers asking for feedback? I've only had feedback for about half the stuff I've sold and I am desperate for more!

I got a message like this for something I bought and it didn't bother me at all, actually was a useful reminder, so I was thinking of copying it.

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 09/07/2009 18:50

Haha, that is the first time that he has eaten that much, I was ! He then continued to eat more potatoes. I left the bowl that I served them in on the table and he polished the lot off!! I have been trying to stand up when he walks in the room so he can't get me for boobie! It seems to be working quite well!

Fury, my ds loves singing the Bob song, it is really funny! He has just mastered Twinkle, Twinkle too, except he says tickle tickle!

Yes sputnik any reviews you want to do would be much appreciated. Only if you have time that is. I just want to fill every category with something, then I can start contacting companies and recruiting more testers. Sorry you didn't get any Duplo, I did give the guy your parents' address, don't know what happened there. I'll send you something else instead!

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 09/07/2009 18:52

If someone asks me for feedback I don't give it, sorry! As a seller I won't give people feedback until they have given me some, this is because of the ridiculous new feedback rules that ebay have introduced ie sellers can't give negative feedback even if the buyer hasn't paid. It annoys me, so I don't play their game!

Thanks fury, I'll fb you the details too.

Ohforfoxsake · 09/07/2009 19:07

I'll try your suncream Holly. We get through buckets of the stuff.

LackaDAISYcal · 09/07/2009 19:13

DD, wreaking havoc as usual and raiding the lotions and potions box as the catch is broken.

DS1 having an indepth discussion about periscopes with DH

DS2 sitting slumped against DH; I think he is coming down with the lurgy

Rialentless · 09/07/2009 19:14

just bickering and squealing at each other as usual.

DS2s tantrums are starting to annoy me.
