June 2007 They're (almost all) two which makes them hard work in a whole new range of ways. But just as adorable!

Unable to sleep thought I'd see what had been going on and saw we were due a new thread. Hope this is OK?

Rialentless · 07/07/2009 22:15

natty, you should be sleeping or something.

Massive congratulations! You still stuck for a name? I have many unused.. though it would have been more convenient if you'd had a girl

LackaDAISYcal · 07/07/2009 22:17

sputnik, bumble was wearing his new boden trousers today.....they aren't huge are they? DD was convinced they were for her because they are "for girls" and was howling when I put them on him

He did look very cute, until he had a leaky nappy all over them!

Rialentless · 07/07/2009 22:17

you sound like a BF pro, well done, get some rest. Oh and give him a hug from his aunty Ria x

am loving Come Dine with Me

TheNatty · 07/07/2009 22:18

i have only just got home ria, hospital took 6 hours to discharge me, and in the end i just walked out (at 9pm)
i got so fucked of with waiting for them to sign bits of paper.

i hate hospitals i am a terrible patient!

LackaDAISYcal · 07/07/2009 22:20

so not too big then Natty; that's a lovely weight. And it's a gorgeous photo. How do you look so gorgeous after all that time? I looked like a wreck after all my DC, even DD who was an elective!!

I'm so glad the BFing is going well for you . How are Tom and Ellen with their new brother?

LittleMissNorty · 07/07/2009 22:21

I was wondering how you look like that after giving birth . I looked like shit after both my CSs

Well done

I have a few unused names as well......

Sputnik · 07/07/2009 22:22

Natty, get off the computer and get some rest, if you haven't already!
Daisy lol at your DCs fighting over the clothes, I take it you rolled the trousers up. I think DS wore them around 12-18 months and he was huge even then, how big is Bumble?

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 07/07/2009 22:24

Huge congratulations Natty

Rialentless · 07/07/2009 22:24

how could you deprive them of the opportunity to tell you you aren't old enough to be sterilised ( I didn't want to be)? and the free condoms

good for you. My only regret from having baggins is that I stayed overnight and didn't leave the hospital with DH.

Rialentless · 07/07/2009 22:25

Norty! shall we start a cats home?

LittleMissNorty · 07/07/2009 22:27

I'll never convince DH to have any more....

I feel all broody now

TheNatty · 07/07/2009 22:30

tom and ellen just got back, they are chuffed with him

and i look fab dont i! thats after a shower and nice clean clothes.
i was on a serious high of ACTUALLY giving birth still am actually.

wish i could go bed, but i got kids to settle and a baby who needs feeding

Rialentless · 07/07/2009 22:36

nope, DH has kids to settle (and the rest). You have a baby to feed. How long before his op? You and LO are the priority til then!

LackaDAISYcal · 07/07/2009 22:39

Go and get some sleep Natty.....maybe a name will come to you in a dream?

He is pretty big sputnik....he was in 6-9 months at 4 months and has been in 9-12 months for a good few weeks now (he is just 8 months), and some trousers are a struggle to get on over his big fat bum and thighs. I'm hoping he'll slim down a bit once he is more mobile. My friend's DS who is a month younger than bumble is already in 12-18 months.

TheNatty · 07/07/2009 22:41

right im off to put kids bed

me and DH both in same levels of pain, so i cant play the labour card lol!
mind you second degree tear.. suppose i win!

i will be on in the morning, love you all xx

Rialentless · 07/07/2009 22:45

yes you can Natty!!! sleep well. like daisy' idea of a name in a dream

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 08/07/2009 07:01

Hope you had a good night Natty? Well of course I hope everyone had a good night, with lots of sleep and lovely dreams, and no waking LOs!

My pensions people have arsed up (again). I have been underpaying since I went part time in Jan 2008. So I either pay up the shortfall now, or lose a little off my pension at the end. It's not a massive problem as it's only a tiny bit out, but it's not uncommon for them to get it wrong . And in the letter they sent me asking which option I want they haven't actually told me how much I owe if I want to pay up! Muppets!

Well done natty! Fab that you did it by yourself and the bfing is going well. You are lucky that your other dcs have classic names, it won't be too difficult to choose a name to go with them. Lots of good uns out there...I like Daniel (Danny), Peter, Christopher (Kit), George, Ben, Sam etc. Hope you have fun choosing!

Bloody hell daisy, my ds is still in 12-18m! Tops that is, 18-24m bottoms, but only because he is quite tall, they still fall down and he looks like a teenager showing his pants!

Welcome back Catkin, hope you have been well. What's new with you? Any more baby plans yet ?

I am hosting the NCT the group (again), so I'd better get to tidying! I hope not too many people come, I'll have to start refusing entry!

Sputnik · 08/07/2009 08:41

Ah I remember that post birth high, it actually lasted a couple of months for me. I think it was sheer relief at not being pg anymore!
I like George, but then I'm biased.

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 08/07/2009 08:50

I like William !

Rialentless · 08/07/2009 09:29

David shortened to Davy?

Is it wrong to admit I am a bit gutted we've had our quota?

I had weird dreams jammy, about our rabbit escaping (wish it would) and my friends tiny yorkshire terrier eating the guinea pig.

I am looking for a job. The JC have advised it won't affect DHs IB if I work, only tax credits/council tax benefit, so it's probably worth thinking about. Am thinking of approaching the after school club (but if I end up working with that woman I will kill her...) and maybe changing my OU plans to early years. The maths is making me want to cry, so I must not be cut out for science.

Rialentless · 08/07/2009 11:28

DH has gone to York today for some kind of forum with an MP to discuss the benefits system! (job centre talked him into going)
I am bored...
Love the new cbeebies song

TheNatty · 08/07/2009 11:37

morning all!

not to bad night here, baby was up alot, but then i had to check his obs every hour anyway. (hospital insisted if i went home i kept an eye on him in case of GBS )

been to the shop for loo roll, and chocolate

nothing stops me getting on.
DH being an arse as usual, his kidney is bad this morning apparently. (code for im not doing anything round the house today)
MEN!

TheNatty · 08/07/2009 11:56

ooooo i got breast feeding products for M&B

Sputnik · 08/07/2009 13:03

Don't try and be super woman Natty!
If anyone offers to help, just say yes.
