MKG For the love of god woman get your bum home you are practically in labor. Good luck my lovely.

Well its 10pm and this is the first time I have sat down today apart from feeding the monster. All I can say is never attempt to go for a lovely walk through the fields with a toddler and with a baby in a sling oh and the mad dog. A lost his wellie qu mass hysteria and me having to carry A home as well as L in the sling also while stopping the dog eating horse poo and rolling in fox po. I think I am going to write a comedic book about our adventures SOH can you be my ghost writer as my spelling grammer and ability to write without swearing is nil.

SKY so sorry about your job.

elkiedee · 26/02/2009 22:34

Sorry about your job Sky.

Good luck with the birth MKG, I won't make predictions as I found others' predictions for me worrying, more on dates than weight - I don't think anyone predicted C's weight (9 lb 15 oz) - D is a giant now but was a very civilised 7 lb 7 oz at birth. He has a new cousin born on 20 Feb at 10 lb 2 oz and that was a first baby.

charleymouse · 26/02/2009 23:29

Oi TMAM pass that baby back.

Hello SOH I assume there is no flapjack left?

Yes will wet nurse for you LG&T. think my boobs are that saggy they might even reach you from Sheffield. Have been contemplating some new hammocks bras for the last few days as pass 2 lovely undies shops on way into work. Just reread that and thought ought to clarify I will nurse Indie not you .

MKG I am going for the 6 March as that was my due date so cross your legs on until next week.

Hello Lulu, how are you doing?

Abby Mr Bump sounds cool, which dwarf are you?

TSM no stress right

Elkie you would only have panicked if someone predicted that weight.

MKG · 27/02/2009 00:30

Charley- I would love to make it to the 6th, but right now with the way I'm feeling I don't think I'll make it to the end of night. I'm debating between the start of labor or the tuna noodle salad I ate for dinner.

Pebblemum · 27/02/2009 07:22

Morning all, oh ive missed u lot lol :-)
Hows it going MkG, any pains yet? I predict a nice 7lb 6oz baby arriving early hours Sat morning! Love the names you have chosen.

AprilMeadow · 27/02/2009 08:38

Morning!

GO MKG!!!!!!! I think Saturday 7lbs 2oz. Lovely names as well BTW.

LG&T do you likes Wispa's? dh bought me a box of 48 last week and am yet to open them. Could bring you a stash on Wednesday....

Charley, i reckon if you go and get some new hammocks bras you will get pg instantly! I spent a fortune on nice underwear only to get about 2 months use out of them and the chances of them fitting in 18mths time is slim! How is the old house looking? Are you making progress with the emptying out?

how is your little man doing?

Abby, J would love a Mr Bump costume! Both he and E have really got into the Mr Men and Little Miss books recently.

Yay for getting the washing machine fixed TMAM

So by July i will be a nice weeble! Do you think we could organise a meet up? Would lots of you come? Where shall we have it? Ooh i do like organising MrsJB you can come and stay at The Towers if you are able to make it.

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 27/02/2009 09:45

I would come.

TheGreatScootini · 27/02/2009 09:47

Meet up!Lovely..Not weekend of 11th July though as I am at T in the Park..or is it the 6th.Will check and get back to you.
Im coming in my Playsuit I dont run.hahaha at the thought.

MrsJoe..am very pleased you are ttc.I am.But not before Girls aloud pretty please. We are drinking at it..Lots.

Sorry about job SKY..Did you get any further with the childminding research?

Watcha Charley..Nice to see ya..And you SOH!

re DH Gin..how long for?Are you around two weeks on Tues..was thinking for a visit?

MKG..7 pounds 7, early hours Sunday morning..Everything ready?Bag packed..Its soooo exciting!Am loving the names too!

at your lovely country walk Jam..I remember a similar walk with M in the sling on my front and L screaming blue murder on my back because she had seen a snake in a bush.It was not the relaxing idyllic stroll i had imagined..

Big hello to everyone else.

I have now missed my third smear test appt in a row.My babysitter has let me down and there is no way I am taking the girls.I beg of you. They would run riot with all the stuff in the nurses room

DH is taking the girls to see his Mum tonight so he can do some work tomorrow and Sunday (his exam is Tues).I am going out tomorrow for tea at The Wolesely (Get me!) and drinking and dancing after..am very excited!!

Have to go into work tonight though for spot checking and unannounced inspections.Still at least will get a lie in tomorrow.

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 27/02/2009 09:56

I bought one too. It's a little more, er, modest than yours, and I need to lose 3 stone first, but hey, I love it!

Am very at your weekend. I crave some girlie time at the moment. Ooer, that sounds a bit kinky!

TheGreatScootini · 27/02/2009 10:45

You are kinky. Was it that Gold one In Grazia?I love that one..
I am wondering wether it will be suitable attire for high tea tomorrow.High tea followed by clubbing represents a serious styling challenge!
I hate to admit it but I am slightly counting the hours till the girls go now.I love them to death.I do.But I havent had a break from them for longer than a few hours really for months and am desperate for some time to myself. They are incorrigable at the moment. They are like wrecking balls and leave a trail of destruction wherever they go.It is shredding my last nerves at the moment

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 27/02/2009 10:47

No love, it's from Warehouse. Even when I'm back at size 12 I'd never get away with the FC one.

Definitely suitable for high tea, poss with a little black cardy that you can remove and some opaques.

No judgement here. My cousin only has her son every other week due to access arrangements following her divorce, and whilst my family all sit around discussing how awful this is, I sigh wistfully, thinking, 'sounds great to me'.

ShowOfHands · 27/02/2009 10:57

TMAM, when are you here?

What are these playsuit things of which you speak?

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 27/02/2009 11:13

Like a short dress but it's actually shorts!

TheGreatScootini · 27/02/2009 11:19

Or cuillottes..the eighties are back!
Was thinking to wear with tux jacket and shoe boots..
On closer inspection I see the FC one is silky.Very unforgiving. For size 6 only I imagine.Which aint me.

I can almost feel SOH goggling about what the hell shoe boots are
The added advantage od the play suit is that when you fall over you dont flash your pants.

largeginandtonic · 27/02/2009 11:22

Link to yours please MrsJOE.

Stay with me anyone who fancies a meet, dh will be away then so will need company.

Cant believe it will be March next week, time whizzing by.

Have been coping quite well with dh being away > you just get on with it when they are away and don't become resentful when they don't notice all the little jobs. The girl has been put down too and is more settled which helps.

Scoot a visit then would be fab am super envious of your girie tea and dancing

MKG any news?

OP posts:
MrsJoeMcIntyre · 27/02/2009 11:41

My shoe boots absolutely cripple me. You know when you try them and know they are too tight but just can't leave them in the shop!

mine

AprilMeadow · 27/02/2009 11:47

very nice MrsJoe!

Themasterandmargaritas · 27/02/2009 11:52

It's a generation gap thing obviously. You are all out buying slinky jumpsuits and going clubbing and I have just bought a fleece and am going to see The Magic Flute, at an outdoor event in the arboretum tonight. I beg of you.

The last week in July would be quite good for me I think?

Have fun Scoot, how nice to recharge your batteries with some you time.

Hellloooo Pebble! I hope things are good with you.

Abby I am lol at the thought of a Mr Bump and all the teachers as dwarves. Who gets to be Grumpy? The Head?

TheGreatScootini · 27/02/2009 13:12

Oooh lovely Mrs J.

Nothing wrong with fleeces master. And I quite like the magic flute.Last week in July perfect for me.

Meant to say hello to Pebble..how nice to see you..

I will put it in the diary then gin-is a date.Lily will be veryb excited as she is wanting to see the sea at the moment.

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 27/02/2009 13:15

I was just reading an interview with James Corden in Marie Claire. I really dislike him for some reason. He puts me off.

JamInMyWellies · 27/02/2009 13:16

Playsuits mmmm now would one look good with wellies.

Last wkend in July would be good for me is it at meadow towers?

AprilMeadow · 27/02/2009 13:31

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 27/02/2009 13:39
