Bah! Why do I always miss you all on an evening? Do I smell?

Hee hee. I knew no one could resist an oppotunity like that!

NattyThomasAndEllen · 28/08/2008 21:08

im here jammy!

LackaDAISYcal · 28/08/2008 21:08

I think DD's molars are coming in too jammy, the way she is chewing on everything, drooling and being grumpy.

DS used to get really rosy cheeks when he was teething so it was always a giveaway. DD just drools, but as she does this lots anyway, it'sdifficult to tell.

apologies for dodgy typing....space bar keeps on sticking!

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 28/08/2008 21:10

We had loads of drooling here today. And cheeks have been a bit rosy, though not as bad as when her front teeth came through. And for the past few days she has spent a fair bit of time just wanting to sit and cuddle and suck my finger. Which with hindsight could be a sign of not feeling so hot.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 28/08/2008 21:11

(As opposed to becoming more and more of a mummy's girl, which is what I was fearing)

NattyThomasAndEllen · 28/08/2008 21:13

i cant help im afraid, ellen might be teething, or she might just be being a difficult little so and so....
oh well when i doubt get the calpol out! thats what i always say!

Izzybel · 28/08/2008 21:30

Hi!
Aww poor Jamlet! Sounds like it is teeth

Daisy I can't believe you are 30 weeks already. Where the bloody hell did the time go?

Congratulations Natty! Glad the test came back darker

I know what you all mean about the tantrums. DD clenches her fists and the makes a growling noise and goes red! Then at other times she'll do a very high pitched whinge/scream. She did her first feet stomp the other day! DP thinks she gets it from me! Cheeky b@s*@rd! She is walking properly now, arrrgh! So she's everywhere.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 28/08/2008 21:39

Hi Izzy. Jamlet waves her hands wildly in frsutration when she can't get what she wants for whatever reason. Things get sent flying and/or I get slapped. That's as bad as it gets so far. I just hold her arms to stop her doing too much damage and tell her calmly that we don't do baby paddies in this house. Not that it has much effect!

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 28/08/2008 21:41

OK, I am yawning my head off here, so I will pack in for the night and hope that I don't get woken in the small hours again.

Sputnik · 28/08/2008 21:42

DS sometimes does that Incredible Hulk thing Izzy. Doesn't achieve much as everyone laughs at him It's hilarious.

Ok we have deal Daisy, now I have to find the thing! You can paypal me

Izzybel · 28/08/2008 21:50

Are we boring you Jammy . Hope you get a better night tonight.

LOL at Incredible Hulk Sputnik!

Gah! The computer is sooo bloody slow tonight. DP has got like a thousand things going on

LackaDAISYcal · 28/08/2008 21:58

Morning Better night for Jamlet. Not such a good night for Jammy. But worked out that I'm not sleeping well because I'm wheezy. So need to start using my inhalers properly again and need to either stop the cat sleeping on my pillow during the day, or at least cover it with a throw I can remove at night so I don't end up sleeping in a "catty" area.

LackaDAISYcal · 29/08/2008 09:30

sorry about your bad night jammy. We have a total ban on cats on beds for that reason.....which is just as well in her flea ridden state.

DS slept till 7:30 and DD till after 8 this morning so I got a bit of a lie in. Good job as I stated watching a film last night and didn't gett to bed till nearly 1.

Big housework day here today. We need to have this living room done before the baby arrives and it can't get done till we are sorted next door so we have somewhere to store stuff whilst the work is getting done. It's a logistical nightmare. My brain should really know how to schedule the works so there is minimal disruption, but if it does, it ain't telling me and I just sit here thinking "waaaaaaaah"

Baby Sputnik is officially walking!
He did it during the Boogie Beebies Space Walking song

[proud geek emoticon]

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 29/08/2008 11:15

Yay!! for baby Sputnik

I went to the vet this morning to get some more flea treatment for the cat. I couldn't remember how long it is since she's been seen by the vet and therefore if I could just buy the stuff or if I needed to take her in. So I tried to ask "Excuse me, my cat has been seen by the vet here before, and been given treatment for fleas, but I'm not sure if I can just buy more treatment now or if I need to bring her in again". Only my brain managed to forget the words cat, vet, fleas and treatment at the opportune moments! I must have appeared as a gibbering wreck

LackaDAISYcal · 29/08/2008 13:19

WooHoo for baby sputnik

EEK

I just bought a new camera!

They are bringing out an updated model and so the price on this one has been cut to the bone, DH told me to buy it! I am so excited.

NattyThomasAndEllen · 29/08/2008 20:43

yay baby sputnik!

where is everybody?

foxythesnowfox · 29/08/2008 20:53

I've just got here.

Glad I didn't see your post about your -ive Boots test when it should've been +ive Natty! at that time I was testing with a Clearblue

So, DP gets home, get the kids sorted, hotfoot it down to Sainsbos. Get back, a tenner lighter for a digital test (which, incidentally now tells you not only if you are pregnant, but approximately how pregnant). Do test, wait for results, go to pull drawers up - Aunty Flo turns up before results.

That bitch owes me a tenner
