TALLULAHBELLE · 23/06/2008 18:22

Yep - and most likely to arrive when DD just 18months. HHHHHHEEEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPPP.

andiem · 23/06/2008 18:27

congratulations tallulah twins hee hee

lackaDAISYcal · 23/06/2008 18:27

OMFG tallulah.......twins

and here's me wondering what sort of double buggy to buy.

You'll be needing one of these

TALLULAHBELLE · 23/06/2008 18:29

Was just searching the net for that very thing. OMG.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 23/06/2008 18:29

Just back in from giving blood. Despite having water beforehand and a good rest and drink and biscuits afterwards, I now feel rather lightheaded. It'll pass, but means I've just read through this new thread but not absorbed a word. So will come back and catch up again later. In the meantime I'm hoping the Jamlet is in a better mood tonight. Last night was hell. Between 9ish and 10.30ish I settled her 4 times, then she woke but settled herself a bit later, then I had to go through to her at 1ish (and then go downstairs to express as I was really engorged but she wouldn't feed) Then she slept until 7 but I was awake at 6.30. Wondering if she'll take a BF tonight - she hasn't since about 2pm on Saturday

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 23/06/2008 18:30

Oh, even my dizzy brain made sense of that last bit - CONGRATULATIONS TALLULAH!!!!

lackaDAISYcal · 23/06/2008 18:31

norty and I won't be able to complain about how hard we're finding it...or we will and then you'll come on and just smile and shut us up
It could be worse though; there is a woman I talk to at school in the morning who has one in reception, one in nursery....and 18mo old triplets

oh, my poor cat. DD can climb on the sofa now, so there is nowhere for her to get out of the way.

lackaDAISYcal · 23/06/2008 18:33

it says that one converts to a twin....that sounds like it's be quite handy, lol

DD has just nipped me.....it was fecking sore

Seansgirlthesequel · 23/06/2008 19:00

[thud] twins! Gulp! [thud] Wow Tallulah! Big Congratulations! twins! tee hee! No more will I moan about two DCs! Seriously, well done that girl. Do you know if they are blue or pink? or one of each? Sorry if I am being thick asking this but when do you find out if they are identical or do you just find out when born?

Hope DD is better Jammy and that the light head passes....

TALLULAHBELLE · 23/06/2008 19:16

Can't tell the sex yet but get lots of scans with twins [unlike single pg where you only get one 12 week scan here] so should be able to find out around 18 weeks. Sonographer was pretty sure they are non-id but they looked the same to me!

foxythesnowfox · 23/06/2008 19:35

Wow! Wow! Wow! Congratulations Tallulah! That's fantastic news

TALLULAHBELLE · 23/06/2008 19:56

Thanks Foxy.

Seansgirlthesequel · 23/06/2008 20:22

Tallulah! Thats so exciting really pleased for you, I always dreamed of having twins before I had and DCs.

Its quiet on here tonight is anyone here?

Seansgirlthesequel · 23/06/2008 20:34

Seems am only one around tonight. off to check out Open University courses....

justRia · 23/06/2008 20:39

Oh wow Tbelle.

Could have had that song title "all that she want's is another baby"...

Sorry you feel waffy jammy.

I have had more than my fair share of NHS luck today. As predicted my dentist said to make appt to see the hygienist - she had a cancellation and did my nasty scale and polish straight away (which is handy as the dentist is 20 mins drive away in town)

Dh has gone to work , he kids are not in bed and I want a drink!

I don't "get" tennis. BTW YANBU never. spit in his dinner and withohold all favours

Wow T that's amazing! How are you feeling about it now? Must have been a huge shock. Damn, and there was my money on Foxy!

Norty, hope you are feeling ok. Daisy, well done on the scan, a boy, congratulations! I'm not sure whether to say poor DD or poor boys! Will she have them wrapped around her little finger?!

Hi everyone else. Hope you are doing ok. DKMA how are you feeling today?

Did we decide on a meet up day? Foxy when I am I descending on you?

So knackered after my long weekend! It's going to be a long week. Got friends coming over for a wii fest tomorrow, working till Friday, with a slight detour Thursday lunchtime for a baby birthday party, DH at work on saturday and I am doing overtime on Sunday ! Plus, I am going to run slowly jog to work tomorrow, it's about 2 or 3 miles. Doesn't sound a lot, I know but I then have to do a full days work!
