ARSE ARSE ARSE! Bloody top gear on the telly.. clarkson gets right on my nerves, so my ususal is to pop my ipod on and read.. but ipod needs charging. So now upstairs plugged into pc with ipod charging at same time listening to David Gray.

Hi Natty and Foxy. Glad you are staying + Natty, is the best way to be.

Bumper, I know exactly how you feel, I could never take DD shopping as she would just kick off everytime. Used look longingly at all kids fast asleep being pushed around for hours and think, why mine? DS a bit better and I can manage a quick look around, and DD is now at school (she would still be a pain shopping). I have been grupmy shouty mummy today, PMT all the way for me too.

HellHathNoFury · 29/06/2008 20:31

Daleks don't have a politically correct code I don't think, so you're safe to say what you like I reckon.

I am burned to a crisp and worn out from DS. Thank goodness we have reins, he spent the whole day running towards all the horses and dogs at the show screaming and giggling then throwing himself at them to give them cuddles. He has no fear.

He had a cornish pasty and a sausage for lunch and spent the day from 8am - 5pm cooing and pointing at horses. I can tell he's a man after my own heart

Seansgirlthesequel · 29/06/2008 20:31

Though we have managed a nice family morning going to car boot (both DCS had new toys & DH a cd) and then we went to local countryside centre where they have monthly family activities, today for a £1 we went pond dipping, it was great fun, except Ds wanted to get his fingers in the skanky water... eeerrrgghhh! And it rained when we were eating our picnic But all in all a good wholesome family activity

HellHathNoFury · 29/06/2008 20:34

Bumper sorry to hear your woes. Going shopping can be a major PITA at the best of times. Hopefully she's just having a bad day.

Seansgirlthesequel · 29/06/2008 20:34

Fury, sounds Ds sounds like a right character, and a bit of a whirlwind too. Ou DS is too we call him chaos boy! that and his loony sister!

foxythesnowfox · 29/06/2008 20:39

looked out for you on the telly Fury, but didn't spot you. Was it a good day? Did you see the jumping jump off as they described it on the TV?

Am pleased Natty. I think he is the fabbiest Dr, although I personally think Christoper Eccleston was more shagtastic.

I love those wholesome family days SG

Seansgirlthesequel · 29/06/2008 20:39

Has everyone gone? I have halted the convo again.

Seansgirlthesequel · 29/06/2008 20:41

You cant complain at a £1 either! Next month it is a wild flower spotting walk.

LittleMissNorty · 29/06/2008 20:46

Evening all

I've been very lazy mummy today and by about 7pm I was fed up of being a mummy at all ....however, given a few hours break, I'm sure I'll feel different

DD has taken to screaming for a few minutes when going to bed, but I'm so frazzled I don't care and just leave her to it ....seems to work though.

I have my first mw visit in the morning....takes me back....

HellHathNoFury · 29/06/2008 20:46

Foxy yes was on the telly!
My Dad called saying 'wave, you are on the telly' but tbh I was mortified as I was wearing DS's teeny hat at the time.

I used to be on the telly all the time as I was the groom that collected the horses as they exited the arena. Plus I jumped there a few years ago but not in the big classes.

It was an excellent day, I won £30 as I put a fiver on the winner but just to be PC - GAMBLING DOESN'T PAY.

Yes, DS is a whirlwind and a cheeky character, he does my head in but makes me happy and laugh all the time. We spend ages pulling faces at each other giggling.

Seansgirlthesequel · 29/06/2008 20:52

Wow Norty, its going fast already, hope its goes ok.

At 6.45pm when in the garden DD was beig a prima donna and DS was clambering on my leg whinging i said to DH, 'right these to are going for bath and bed, i've had enough of them'

justRia · 29/06/2008 20:53

I don't know if this is true or not but the DOctor is in a time vortex (or something) so won't fully regenerate, so he should still be DT and will still have 2 regenerations to go. I hope so anyway. I don't really like it but he makes it bearable as has excellent facial expresions (and the audio stories he reads are SO relaxing).

sorry bumper and norty are feeling bad.

Hi everyone.

I have spent the afternoon at DMs eating and drinking too much with the family. bagins is SO gorgeous!

So what I meant to say norty was its completely normal.

Seansgirlthesequel · 29/06/2008 20:54

Sounds like my kind of afternoon Ria.

HellHathNoFury · 29/06/2008 20:55

Well I am off to bed after DH has rubbed hydrocortisone into all my red bits. Sounds kinky.

HellHathNoFury · 29/06/2008 20:55

Night all!

Seansgirlthesequel · 29/06/2008 20:57

Night Fury, I can think of other stuff than hydrocortisone to get kinky with though

Seansgirlthesequel · 29/06/2008 20:58

Right, hopefully clarkson off air in a minute so am going too. Night x

foxythesnowfox · 29/06/2008 20:59

you sound so loved up Ria

Norty, tis normal. My LO has a good shout in protest. How very dare I put her to bed?! She gets over it though.

justRia · 29/06/2008 21:03

Think I'll sign off for tonight. Dsis brought us some incense charcoal from Kuwait and it is V strong (even though it is still in its box unburned). Have a good day tomorrow everyone I have baggins to take for jabs. Yuk.

Off to wqatch Bride and Predjudice if DH finds the video. And another glass of wine won't hurt
