how are you today Jammy? Things calm chez Jammys?

How was the fair Andiem?

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 28/06/2008 18:54

Much better today thanks Foxy. After being up with the jamlet for an hour or so this morning, I went back to bed and DH came and played with her so I could get some extra zzzzs

HellHathNoFury · 28/06/2008 19:03

Evening all

Is everyone well? I am stuffing my face with Godiva chocolates, mmm.

What are people up to this weekend? I am going to Hickstead tomorrow to watch the gee gees.

andiem · 28/06/2008 19:03

foxy the fair was great very busy but think we made loads of dosh for school which is always good

jammy glad you got some extra zzzs in

have friends coming for dinner in a minute so will say night

foxythesnowfox · 28/06/2008 19:07

Is that showjumping Fury?

I am doing what I always do.

Actually, DP is off work tomorrow. so it will be a race to see which one of us will fall in a heap first I think.

Oh woe is me!

HellHathNoFury · 28/06/2008 19:11

Yes Foxy the showjumping. I used to be the one jumping there years ago, but now I so love to go there for the day, reminisce, sit in the sunshine, eat jacket potatoes and be around the things I love best!
(Well DS and DH are coming so I'm allowed to say that )

DKMA · 28/06/2008 19:54

Evening

Thanks for rash help
It's not got worse, not itchy, not blistering so fingers cross it's viral (oh and it passes the glass test). He's been very groggy the last couple of days so you could be right Foxy!

Origins is very good I use the face exfoliatior, and I have the body one! Their make up is good too (my fav lipgloss). I've just handed over £152 at the Elemis counter today I had run out of all cleansing / toning / moisturising (face / eye / night) stuff so I thought I'd try something different - I went around all the counters until I found the range I liked - I got tonnes of samles on the way around

I know it sounds like a disgusting waste of money - but my skin is so dodgey I used to get really bad acne and I have terrible pigmentation (since being pg) so I need it to be the right stuff.

Hey Fury - I'm mega of you tomorrow - bet you'll have a great day!
I've just agreed to compete next Sunday at a combined training event (dressage & SJ) it will be the first one in about 18 mths so I'm excited and shitting it at the same time .
I wont be going anywhere if my waggon doesn't pass it's MOT on Monday though

Hope everyone has had a nice Saturday???

foxythesnowfox · 28/06/2008 20:18

That makes me feel better DKMA. I'm a Clarins girl, but I've been using Origins primer and moisturiser for a few days and it is fab! All glowy and dewy. And I do need a new face wash anyway...

You must be so excited to be competing DKMA. When I'm your new best friend and neighbour I shall look forward to meeting your horse

Bumperlicious · 28/06/2008 20:37

Hi all

Mmm, Origins stuff sounds lush. I've just emailed them asking if they will send me any samples (worth a shot!).

I parted with £40 at Clarins today, but not for me, for my mum and SIL.

Hope you all had a good day. Mine was pretty shit. I had to schlep around town to find presents for mum and SIL, and I really wanted to try and find some summer tops as I have none - none that fit anyway (why did I always insist on buying tight, cheap lycra tops? ) but DD yelled every time I dared to stop the buggy, so I became one of those woman I used to scorn dragging their kids around town on a saturday. But it is literally the only day I have had free in 2 weeks. I have serious PMT too. Normally I don't notice as I am generally pretty moody, plus I've only had 2 periods in 18 months, but yesterday I wanted to kill people, and sit under my desk and cry. Today I wanted to push DD's buggy away and run in the opposite direction. It's scary feeling so out of control.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 28/06/2008 20:41

watching dr who - back soon

DKMA · 28/06/2008 21:08

Bumper not sure if it makes you feel any better but I get days a bit like that too . I hope it passes quickly for you and tomorrow is better

Foxy there are a few houses in our village for sale y'know and I promise not to let my horse chase you (being a fox and all!)

Jammy - dh just had dr who on and moaned when torchwood came on it cos he always seems to make gay comments (which dh thinks is sooo wrong for a time lord? or whatever he is? A gay lord perhaps)
I started to take the piss then asking him if the darlicks (sp) bum each other with their whisk and bog plunger? (whch they seem to have in place of arms

Sorry if I'm being politically incorrect btw!

Bumperlicious · 28/06/2008 21:30

I don't think you'll be taken to task for offense to a dalek DKMA!

Right off to watch more West Wing (DH and I are obsessed!)

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 28/06/2008 21:30

Bumper, sorry you're feeling so bad. I'm dreading mine coming back. Not had one since Oct 2006!

foxythesnowfox · 28/06/2008 21:50

PMSL DKMA at bumming daleks

Sorry you are feeling shite Bumper. Internet shopping is the way forward. DD1 hates shopping so I just don't do it very often. PMT is a shock when you've had a break, isn't it?

I shall be applying myself to our move in September DKMA, so may be looking to you for advice!

DKMA · 28/06/2008 22:41

Foxy looking forward to it! (I like checkin out houses!)
I'm off to bed - and am a bit excited about using my new 'products' - just hope I'm not allergic to them and wake up looking like a burns victim
night all
x

Glad you had a good time MHC It looks pretty good there.

Today I learnt:

do not have a Mr Whippy 99, and a beer and then go on a fairground ride (that's not an 'envy' emoticon BTW)

foxythesnowfox · 29/06/2008 19:54

foxythesnowfox · 29/06/2008 20:06
