woohooooooo!

30% off center parcs use this code - PPPZ

I just saved £142!

foxythesnowfox · 27/06/2008 22:30

ohh, which one are you going to?

Somehow Ria I got it into my head that you sent DH out to the garage because you frgot to buy lemons. I mean, not the petrol station type of garage, but the one you keep your car in. Like you were punishing him becaue you forgot the lemons.

Oh dear, seems I'm not explaining myself very well tonight!

Izzybel · 27/06/2008 22:54

Hello
Is anyone still here?
DKMA that's shitty about the car! I know people who have done it too. There was even an AA advert about it so it must be pretty common. Good way to meet your neighbour though, eh?
Well done to baby Bumper for taking her first steps!
Ooh that's good about Centre Parcs, Fury!
Foxy are you drunk?

DD has a cold. It has taken her forever to settle down tonight! She just can't get comfortable, think it's because she's struggling to breathe. I've raised her matress, smothered her in 'Snuffle Babes,' dosed her up with Calpol and now she seems ok - for the moment!

foxythesnowfox · 27/06/2008 23:00

How very dare you?!

I only drink at lunchtime, dontcha know

How's tricks?

My PC is very hot. I think t should shut down.

Izzybel · 27/06/2008 23:03

Fine ta How are you?
Just watcing Big Bro it's a bit dull this year, but I feel the need to warch it for some reason

foxythesnowfox · 27/06/2008 23:05

Its shocking isn't it? They really should knock it on the head now.

I'm off to bed, didn't get any sleep last night. Can't believe I'm still up and on here!

Night x

Izzybel · 27/06/2008 23:14

Night!
I'd better be off too then. Might be in for a rough night with DD!
Ooh, my sister got a promotion today! She is now the acting Deputy Head of her school. I'm dead proud of her. I knew she'd get it! [proud sister emoticon]
Bye!

justRia · 28/06/2008 00:29

LOL foxy, should have been more specific. Last batch of scones in now - the first two are a bit flat But hey, I'm not going to eat them/be there to see anyone eat them, and it's YEARS sinceI won the prize...

well done to baby bumper and izzys sis.

I took my sis and her lot to the "multi cultural week" assembly at school. It was SO worth the effort to see the teachers make tits of themselves bhangra dancing!

I am hungry but it's too late to eat. Am of jammys takeaway.

justRia · 28/06/2008 00:46

BTW this is meant to be a good day out but we haven't been yet. Maybe this year. That's the only thing about having big age gaps, it's hard to find days out that are suitable for everyone.

My baking is done, the scones taste ok even if they are flat. I'm turing off the Rocky Horror Show and off to bed.

andiem · 28/06/2008 09:44

Seansgirlthesequel · 28/06/2008 09:46

Ria that looks really exciting just going to check the AA route planner....

BTW I thought you'd sent DH to the garage too and I thought how excellent it was !

Seansgirlthesequel · 28/06/2008 09:47

Hi andi xpost there, funny my dh just gone out too and Ds asleep as well

Seansgirlthesequel · 28/06/2008 09:49

I know, I haven't meet up with anyone yet (i'm not antisocial really honest) i think i missed everything going awol for a few months... but hopefully meeting up with Bumper & Jammy if we can sort at a time & place. Are you miles from us andi?

Seansgirlthesequel · 28/06/2008 09:52

thats 3 hours from us, will have to talk to DH, I love trips.....

Seansgirlthesequel · 28/06/2008 09:55

Right, off to check my ebay and do some cleaning hoorah! Not. Anyway, if not back have good weekends. DH and I are going to a works do at a golf club tonight so will have to try and tame my hair and also have to fit in tescos for more play sand and to go and buy a new dishwasher as our 12 year old built in one has now started smoking..... oh joy of joys I hate spending money on domestic appliances, its going to eat into my portable dvd player budget.

justRia · 28/06/2008 12:59

Aargh, this bloody (but gorgeous) baby and his inquisitive fingers. He keeps deleting my posts with an unidentified deleted button.

I may have to try locking DH in the garage If it hadn't been 10.05pm he could have gone to the village shop and there would have been no confusion

I am stressed amd bad tempered today (that's what comes of baking). We are all meant to be going for a big family walk on the beach later and I don't want to go. (We are going to local Dsis's house and last week her DH was meant to be watching the kids and baggins climbed up the stairs, and BIL wouldn't let me have the lounge door shut so he couldn't do it. I can't cope with the hassle today.)

DH has gone foe another interview and left me with all the washing up from this morning. humph.

Hi

My week is just getting better!
Lo has a little red dot like spots over his tummy, back, face and head and he is isn't himself at all he's getting very upset and crying lots .
Not totally sure what to do with him?
No temp, eating normally, not lethargic (but is having his 2nd nap of the day) so I'm a bit
If it was in the week I'd take hime straight to the dr's for a look over - but not sure if it is appropriate to take him to the out of hours

Sorry by the way - seem to be doing a lot of bleeting on about my woes this weekk!

foxythesnowfox · 28/06/2008 15:16

heat rash?

Has he been ill the last few days at all? If he has, it could be a viral rash. Usually come out when they are getting over something.

washing powder? bath foam or soap?

as long as it blanches under glass its probably nothing to worry about.

Do I need to buy £80 of Origins products? I've been using some testers the last couple of days and can see a difference, so now I want to have them. My bathroom is full as it is.

But they are lovely.

Ria, perhaps you should 'time out' your BIL in the garage as I imagined you did with DH!

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 28/06/2008 17:27

I'd go with Foxy's advice on the rash. Jamlet gets a viral rash quite often, but doesn't seem to bother her.

We were out shopping this afternoon and went by Clarks, so popped in and had her feet measured. She's not even a size 2 yet so no new shoes for her yet ( to save the money but also not to have the cute shoes)

andiem · 28/06/2008 18:26

buy the origins foxy it is my absolute fave
