oooggs, I don't know at all how you do manage.

We have some good news here, dp is going from 3 days to full time for the union, meaning no shifts at the residential home, so no lates, no weekends! This is for 6 months initially, but it's more likely to continue for a couple of years as his employer has to implement big changes in the way they run services - he'll be representing staff caught up in the process.

GM it has pissed down here all day so far!

Afternoon all, we were late for the toy library session but still got there in time for a bit of singing and playing. The singsong was led by a man with a guitar, which I think D really enjoyed, he picked up a rattle to shake at one point. Then D fell asleep during lunch so dp and I took the chance to have a rest as well.

Now they've gone to Sainsburys and I'll meet them and my dad later, just going to go and do a little knitting back at the library again!

Just found dts starting at a brown blob on the carpet yes Erin had pooed and it had drop out of her nappy (she was wearing a dress) onto the floor, Jack had stood in it and was walking it around [argh] what a mess, ds1 grabbed nappies & wipes so I could contain it for a while.

Been lurking a bit the last couple of days but didn't have much to say for myself. Also been feeling tired and a bit queasy since starting with ADs but things seem to be settling down. It might be my imagination but i am feeling a bit brighter

Have we heard from MJ? Hope she is okay.

G has also been waking at 5ish this week. Which means he seems to be shattered by about 6.30 in the evening. I must buy a blackout blind for his new room I'm sure that's part of the problem.

Getting stuff ready for hols today. Off to Normandy next Friday with MIL,FIL,BIL,SIL and Eva. Staying here hoping for a relaxing time and some nice weather.

SIL has seen a neurologist this week with Eva. He was quite negative and dismissive, said there was almost certainly damage (she's twitchy and still startles like a newborn, her physical development is delayed as well) but she will need an EEG before they can say more. She can't have an EEG until we get back from holidays. SIL and BIL are so stressed. I think they feel helpless until they get some certainty and answers from the hospital Hope they can relax and enjoy themselves a bit when we're away.
