Can i just tell you all that I had the best sleep ever last night nothing to do with dc, we got our new bed yesterday and i can honestly say that it is the best bed ever I woke up and don't have a achy back, which feels odd IYKWIM. I'm so used to getting up feeling like an oap I can't wait for bed again tonight
oh and since i always post about my depressive state i thought i'd let you kow that i'm feeling upbeat atm, feels like something has lifted i know lots of you don't feel that way but I really hope you all do soon
