All ok here. Had friends round for a BBQ this afternoon which was great fun. Totally knackered now tho.

Leaky, I hope you have a wonderful holiday. Poor Eva, though - how stressful . Pity the neurologist couldn't have been a bit nicer.

We've done the whole blackout blind thind but ds still is an early riser and wakes the rest of us up. At least it means they go to bed early - sometimes dd is so tired she asks to go to get at 6pm!

Mil being very pleasant - has complimented me on my gardening and cooking!! She'll get herself invited again at this rate .

Planning a BBQ today.

Never enough time to catch up! Hope MJ is okay since her A & E trip. Leaky - sorry to hear the news (or rather lack of news) about Eva.

Dippy - DH bicycle ride on 28 June actually finishes "near Brighton" rather than in Eastbourne on the basis he is doing a mere 65 miles rather than 100! Don't know if you've got any plans that day? We will probably be in the area all day and are going to try to see my old boss and his family who live in Lewes but no concrete plans yet. N would kill for even 15 mins of beach time so maybe we can meet up at some point at the beach? I'll let you know more once I've heard back from old boss and have a plan.

Leaky, sorry to hear about ILs' problems, the Eva situation must be a worry. I hope you all have a lovely holiday though am hoping we'll hear from you again before you go.

Scorcher here today. Went for a walk up a steep hill with dh, George, a friend, her dh and 2 sons (5 and3) then had a nice pub lunch afterwards. We are near some lovely countryside here. It's good to explore a bit.

Evening Ladies

Hope you've all had good weekends.

Weather has been fantastic, we've all had a good weekend most of it spent it and out of the hot tub . Ellie's J particularly liked it when he decided to go in head first while Ellie wasn't looking . Luckily DH was around to fish him out!

Ellie and Co left about 8pm. She's going to text me when she's home. She said tp say Hello to everyone, but that she may not be on for a while. I think she needs to catch up on some sleep. We were all out in the garden/hot tub until about 1.45am. Then J woke Jake and Izzy ar 6.30. Luckily for Ellie J had a bottle and went back to sleep until 9am as did Matthew. Unfortunately for DH Jake and Izzy did so he ended up downstairs with them while I had a lie in until 10am Bless him

Off to bed in a while.
