i am having a really shite time just now, and as you said ealier daisy, I am not good to be around when down.

I was doing so well too, it's just all gone tits up and I can't face the panic attacks I get from the ADs so will wait and see if it passes.

LOL BZ, maybe we should let you emails or DP/DHs and tell them we think they are wankers but you were the only one with the guts to say so.

back later, baggins is asleep so I must try and achieve something to see if that lifts my mood.

trendaverter · 18/09/2007 15:01

I am going to sell some of my other nappies to fund the purchase of swaddlebees

loonylovegood · 18/09/2007 15:12

Awww Ria, are you ok? No advice really, but I'm always here to shout AAAARRRRSSSSSEEEE at if you need to! xxx

Swaddlebees!

trendaverter · 18/09/2007 15:13

my chick was the fraudulent seller on nappy lady I think

I just got an email from her

bumperlicious · 18/09/2007 15:22

Aww, Ria, hope you are ok. Come on here even if you are feeling low, we are here for you

justbeme · 18/09/2007 15:34

Ria you have a wonderful way with words - keep talking/moaning!

what did she say TA?

riabutterflew · 18/09/2007 15:45

baggins woke up so my arse is in the sofa groove!

well, you did ask...

ds1 is being bullied again, ds2 kicks off big time at nursery drop-off and it is v upsetting, not to mention embarrassing. dhs recovery seems to have gone backwards and his movement is less than it was AND he thinks he might have to give up cooking (i don't know what else he could do). I cannot achieve anything with my days, dh isn't helping enough imo and i just want to crawl into a corner and cry.

i even went to bed at 9pm last night as was so down and miserable i couldn't face sitting up. I didn't even get rested as i was plagued by nightmares about scary fire-demons.

ARSE ARSE ARSE

daisyandbabybootoo · 18/09/2007 15:48

Ria....if you want to meet up and have a joint moaning session just yell in my direction. Sorry it's all a bit crap for everyone at the moment.

I'm off to see my psychiatrist tomorrow...will ask for a higher dose of ADs I think. They aren't really working

TA, what dod the e-mail say...are you going to get anything form her???

justbeme · 18/09/2007 15:48

oh god it never rains does it Ria?
Is Ds 2 ok after you leave does the teacher say? - My DD1 was like that and its heart wrenching isnt it?

daisyandbabybootoo · 18/09/2007 15:49

Oh Ria...have some virtual {{{{{{hugs}}}}}

riabutterflew · 18/09/2007 16:00

THANKS

ds2 is fine after we've gone apparently, it's the physical struggle to get him there and the badtemper for the rest of the day.

it doesn't sound like much has been done for ds1 either, despite my visit to the smarmy behavioural woman this morning, and i think he's dyslexic but they claim to have done tests and he's just lazy.

dh is currently sat watching me

all i ever do is moan...

justbeme · 18/09/2007 16:03

Yes but you've got more than enough valid reasons to moan!
Why dont you start a thread about peoples experiences of getting their children diagnosed with Dyslexia?

Right am off to attempt to make an apple pie or something as we have a whole tree of them to use! (and "MIL" is coming for dinner)

trendaverter · 18/09/2007 16:09

She said loads of people are claiming chargebacks off her due to goods not received and her paypal account is overdrawn and she can't pay me.

I said I'd take a postal order.

daisyandbabybootoo · 18/09/2007 16:16

We got a juicer at the weekend....DS and I have just made carrot apple and grape juice.....it was yum!

jbm...get a juicer and your own pressed apple juice

Ria, that sounds like an idea about a thread on here re the dyslexia. There is a special needs board and I'm sure someone will have experience.

DH home again...better go kiss and make up!

riabutterflew · 18/09/2007 17:32

i am a bit scared of other threads...will try and build up courage. thanks . am also a bit worried of being a fraud if he is just lazy (it's a possibility, but he really hasn't a clue and gets frustrated.)

I am going to look at nappies on ebay...

riabutterflew · 18/09/2007 17:35

cgi.ebay.co.uk/BNIB-COTTON-BOTTOMS-NEWBORN-STARTER-PACK-REUSABLE-NAPPY_W0QQitemZ330165916333QQihZ014 QQcategoryZ26269QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem - any use to anyone? baggins will be too big i think.

riabutterflew · 18/09/2007 17:36

bugger, that didn't work!

bumperlicious · 18/09/2007 17:45

I think probably dd is even too big for them!

justbeme · 18/09/2007 17:48

DP just home and we had an argument on the doorstep!
Tuesdays, his Mum comes for dinner - 'cos its one of his 2 times a week to take her to her husbands grave (she's taken every day by a member of the family)
it would have been nice to get a tel call from her house to say that THIS time they were going there 1st and not after dinner (she likes to go to light 50 million candles on the grave), and so I had a go which escalated and then SHE had the cheek to call him a "Pain in the arse" - he's been up since 6:45 and he has to run her about and take her home later - so I told her that going to the Cemetery was a "pain in the arse" - so I havent spoken any more and dinner will be ready in a minute! Ouch!

riabutterflew · 18/09/2007 18:01

oh dear - jmb. extra frosting on the apple pie then? good for you.

oh so many nappies...x

daisyandbabybootoo · 18/09/2007 18:03

Ouch jbm.....families (especially ither people's families) can be hard work sometimes.

My MIL is in the huff with me at the moment. They were on holiday the first week back at school...and I'd forgotten. She called on the Tuesday to see how DS got on his first day back, but my phone had been left off the base and was bleeping to say the battery was about to cut out, so I said it was about to cut out and I'd call her back. I was a bit short with her as it was bleeping. anyway, it wasn't till I phoned back and got no answer that I remembered they were on holiday. she hasn't called since and that was two weeks ago. I assumed they were still on holiday last week, but DH said they were only away for a week. They usu have DS on a Friday and call Wed/Thu to arrange.....but didn't last week...Oh well, what a pity, never mind.

Ria, cotton bottoms are prefolds/padfolds.....not sure about them at all...I've read mixed reviews....too small for DD anyway, but look like a bargain.

derlor · 18/09/2007 18:08

bugger! - i've been gone for 4 days and now it all seems to have gone to pot for a load fo you!!!! Just had a really quick scan back and everyone seems really down
{{{{{{{{{group hug}}}}}}}}}} for you all xxxx
Daisy thanks for your message - i've replied you lovely lady x
I WILL be back later and join in properly (Derlor feels like she is out of the gang and stands at the edge of the playground shuffling her feet awkwardly (?sp))
later chicks x

sputnik · 18/09/2007 18:09

I've been wondering alot about Catsuitgirl too, I hope she is just too busy but it's quite worrying.

Please don't anyone else disappear without letting us know

Holly, did you get any news of Doggus on facebook?

Ria, you have my sympathy. DD cried when I dropped her at nursery for ages, but would be fine once I'd gone. Now she was doing it again with the new one.

trendaverter · 18/09/2007 18:31

Ria a good place to look for cheap nappies is here
It's like ebay but only for nappies.

Not a huge selection yet but it's growing and it's cheaper than ebay (probably because it doesn't have the audience yet)

trendaverter · 18/09/2007 18:51

I think I am going to change my name
'she who kills conversations'
