Should we start this off with an update from us all like last time? I thought that was nice, especially for those who get little chance to catch up.

Glad Seth had a good day ; lol at Layla and the present ripping, brings back memories of dds 1&2. Libby stands no chance this year!!
Well, childless wekend now a fond memory ; lovely hotel, great shopping, a posh afternoon tea, but the best bit was just being able to totally relax and know that we wouldn;t have any 'wailing' to put up with in the middle of the night. Having said that, I did sleep badly, waking up every hour or so .
Well, kitchen is a state and I want my bed, so better get started. Oh and re: the job, yes am def. applying though will keep it v.quiet at my present work of course!!

Looking forward to halloween tonight; the girls are very excited and all 3 have costumes (L has a cute spider suit, with matching hat) Amazingly she actually wants to keep the hat on, and snatches it back when I take it off, lol
Right, off to 3 hour meeting now, then I'm sneaking off home .

Had a nice walk along the beachh today on teh way home from the bank. I think I prefer it there at this time of year to the summer.

Help! GG I'm blaming Sean for this one I now have a climber, Tom thinks he's hilarious as he can climb up onto the sofa. I was on the phone to my brother yesterday and Tom stood on my foot, put his other knee up on the sofa and pulled himself up. Shame he can't get down without falling on his head though . Think he'll be walking within the next week or so too as he stood unsupported clapping his hands last night. So Sean it's all your fault for being so clever and showing him what to do

Right off to pick up new shopping basket fror my buggy as the other one fell apart.

Right, I've posted on here twice today but can see that neither post is here, confusing...... First one was thanking Sean for his gorgeous card, Elizabeth was so pleased and loved her teddy bear and lovehearts! Second one was thanking Beks and Thomas for their rabbit on shiny foil card ( which E is eating as we speak) and the lovely book, thank you so much you are kind. wonder if this post will work...... Will catch up soon, dh is off work this week so not much of a look in........... thanks again girls! x

Evening girls - Happy Halloween!

Sorry Londoner that wasn't a hint it's just that I'm having real trouble with anything I post in London at the moment, so just wanted to make sure it arrived.

We've had fun tonight my best friend and her dp and daughter came for dinner and we hid sweets in the garden for the kids to find with the help of a torch each. They thought it was great and ended up with a big bucket of sweets each, which Tom has been trying to raid since they came in from the garden.

Diege meant to say your weekend sounded lovely, lol at not being able to sleep though, isn't that always the way.

Right off to bed for an early night now as going to my mils on Thursday so won't get a good nights sleep till Sunday as her bed's are flaming uncomfortable, might watch the Secret Policemans Ball on 4 if I can keep my eyes open long enough. Beks

So much for my early night and a good sleep, was up all night with Ben with a pain in his groin, got to the point where I was going to take him to EMdoc at the hospital but just couldn't work out if he was crying wolf or not. Have just got him up now and he seems okay after a night in our bed.

Libby's super cute this morning, trying to push the doll's buggy, but ending up on her back; she think she can walk, but there's a long way to go!
Poor you on the sleep front, BEKS: it's almost as if they sense your plans sometimes and will wake. You must be shattered! Only one wake-up last night, so pretty pleased .

Am absolutely mortified I am soo rubbish at this card lark - don't think I've even managed one yet - so sorry girls, it's not cos I;m not thinking of all the special babes on their 1st birthdays - I am, but my head is just everywhere at the moment - sorry again

Monday we "sprinkled" Grandads ashes in the garden of rememberance - which was pleasant, Thomas was an Angel!
Last night, we had a Halloween party at Brownies, and had 21 little girls all in fancy dress (it's hard enough remembering their names when they aren't in fancy dress - but much worse when they are!!!!!) It went very well, and they all enjoyed it (I think!)
Today and tomorrow, I am on an accreditation course for "BElbin" basically after the two days(assuming I pass the assessment)I will be accredited to use the Belbin Team Profile assessment tool! (exactly!! eh!!!!??) Anyway, I have Homework to do tonight!
Friday, am off to run a training session at our Wales Branch - which involves being on the road for around 6:45am!
Oh - and tomorrow night, I am starting a Yoga class! (it is the most exercise / energetic thing I have done for years!)

Anyway, I will try and get a bit more organised with all of the birthdays - but please don't take offence if I doo forget....

Brownie, I've completely failed on the card front too and feel that I might offend those I've missed if I start now so maybe I'll just wait till next year

BEKS - LOL at sofa climbing, had to fish Ash off table at Mums and Tots yesterday! We actively taught Tessa, and are now teaching Ash, how to turn round and get off sofa/our bed/down the stairs. It doesn't always work but most of the time it does and saves some bumps and bruises.
Saying that Ash currently has a HUGE graze on his nose and forehead, acquired when he decided to headbut the tarmac at playground today. Think the big winter coat he was wearing affected his balance/ mobility.
