My little man is barely in 18-24 yet. Shorty like his mum.

Ah, hello ladies! I do still lurk but by the time I've caught up (or tried to at least) I've run out of time to write anything. And then I think it's a bit odd to just say hello, like some sort of weirdy internet stalker, but not contribute anything useful. Regardless, hello. I'm not that weird, honestly.

Hope you survived the hangover, Fizz. If it makes you feel better, it was my birthday on Saturday so I went out for a girls night on Friday and was so tired and hungover on Saturday that my dinner out with DH (we NEVER go out together) lasted till half nine, when he asked if I would like to go home and I sheepishly said: "oh god, yes please". We had a baby-sitter and everything.

How are all the preggers ladies? How many do we have. I've clocked MrsW but who else?

Yes, C is two on 22nd. How?? He's going to be moving up a class at nursery soon, not in the baby room anymore. He's still a little tiddler (anyone else still in 9 - 12 month clothing?!) but he's such fun. I love this age.

Hope everyone's on form.

x

I'm home! Still feel rough! Ridiculous! I'm so out of drinking condition!

Anyway! B was awake the whole way home so he's having a nap now, I might have one too!

I have never had a 2 day hangover in my life!!! Still I was out 3-3! There maybe is life in the old dog yet!

Teehee Fizz i wasn't really sure what you said either tbh so no harm done!! I had to delete the post anyway as someone had basically outed me as being pg!!! Very considerate, hope MIL didn't see it before then!

I'm keeping well thanks JoEW nausea has pretty much vanished although sense of smell is still in overdrive and i still feel a bit bleugh from time to time. I think the other pg ladies are keeping it strictly to fb at the moment so you might be better to ask there :)

So bought a new car at the weekend. Can't remember who suggested it but we went with the estate idea and got an audi A4 - tis v nice! Lets just hope now that i'm not having twins - don't seem to recall putting on 10lbs in the first trimester last time!!?

Good to see you, Jo, I mostly lurk too! S is still in 9-12 month trousers and 12-18 month tops, he's a dinky little thing, although surprisingly heavy with it and very strong!

Are you a name changer Abby or new to the thread - apologies if I'm being dim.

I have had a couple of 2 day hangovers before, so many sympathies fizz Grin

You should come and say hi more often jo, there's nothing wrong with just a hi IMO.

Glad to hear the nausea is better mrsW. I was one of the people who recommended an estate car. We've got an A6 and I love it, it's old and knackered looking now but it doesn't owe us a penny.

I think I've seen kitstwins about on MN, I couldn't think why the name was familiar but the list has made it all clear.

I was in touch with Gormers for a little while when Conor was in hospital but then it all went quiet. I've always wondered what happended with her and Eva. I do always hope everything is ok.

Yes, *kitstwins' was one of us, back in the day.

Brag alert ...

Ds3 just counted to three. I have no idea where he got that from, obviously picking it up from songs or ds2.

And, he jumped. Proper jumps with both feet fully off of the ground

Hi everyone - new thread, new name :) I'm sure you'll work it out soon (and I'll put it on the Facebook doc). I feel all nostalgic looking through the stats thread, and also trying to work out who's who now after a few name changes.

And as I've name changed I'm going to mention my booking in appointment tomorrow - I think I'm 8 or 9 weeks :) I haven't been feeling too bad - though that might be due to warding off any nausea with chocolate digestives, I think I might put on a bit more weight in this first trimester than I did last time...

Nice to see you Jo :) - what happened to everyone else?

GSY - you could say it was smooth Grin

Nice to see so many people - congratulations Firefly :)

ILike - T is desperate to jump. He stands in the middle of the floor shouting 'jump jump' trying to get himself of the ground. Grin He is also counting but no-one believed me because he had only done it in front of me until the other day.

Congratulations firefly

You're all coming out the woodwork - long time no see, Jo! Do pop on and just say hi every so often.

We also have counting but I'm convinced he's brewing a special kind of maths. 1-10 in English, 1-5, 10-15, 20-25, 30-35, 40-45, 50-55 in Welsh and no prime numbers in French Hmm No jumping though despite my best efforts to teach him. Lots of bobbing and knee bending and a cute creeping step like playing grandmother's footsteps!

Gsy smooth is a good one. Fluid or even would work well too!

How's the hangover, fizz?!

Back to work tomorrow. Hmmm. No doctors appointments before next flipping Wednesday so I still have no idea why I should have been fatigued. Not helpful!

Sorry should have introduced myself! New thread- fairly new to MN.
Love being able to see what other toddlers same age are up to. DD Ariana born 21st/04/11

She's been obsessed with counting and singing lately... And picking her nose (followed by 'errr YUCK') yep it is Ari...Sings twinkle twinkle almost perfectly with the hand actions, particularly loud on the words she knows (imagine- 'didel didel inel STAAAAR... upa buppa wod da HIIIIGH... inda na da in da SIIIIIGH!!) ok so nearly perfectly Wink Seriously cute. Counting to 10 (with the exception of number 6) and back from 5 (apparently must end in 'blast off!)
Just enough hair to look like i have deliberately given her a mullet. We'll get there...

Welcome Abby. I thought you were a name changer, apologies.
S loves to jump Grin. And SHOOOUT. He says shout very loudly. He can almost sing three little monkeys, his current fave. Yesterday he tried to give A his bottle. And I heard him say 'alright Alex' when he was crying.

Counting in Welsh Frakk? How many languages have you got going on in your house??!!

Have you not even had your blood test results Frak? Are you ok to go back to work? If you haven't seen anyone about your results how do you know if you are ok to return?

Ds3 has an obsession with bouncing on the bed which I think helped him to master jumping.

Aw at 'alright Alex'

Erm 4 Blush but we're only doing 3 with him

My catch-22 is can't see doc for more tests, can't see doc for results, can't see doc to get signed off unless I go through occ health at work and I do t want to do that. Half day today anyway, Thursday will be the test and next week is the killer 8am starts. Teens don't want to be learning at that time, I don't want to be teaching at that time!

Hi abby we're all insane. Looking forward to getting to know you!
