Hawthers That sounds yum.

Oi You have a BOi Genius there :)

OiMissus · 24/09/2012 16:38

As an aside:"As an aside, Nanny Plum is a jelly fetishist, I'm positive!"
Que? I'm confused!
I'm not sure what we're on tonight. Either breaded plaice fillets and an assortment of greenery, or quiche and same said greenage. And the leftovers of DH's homemade delicious carrot cake. He baked it yesterday to take around to our friend's house to watch the football. I didn't bother with the football. I drank wine and played with the babies. :)

OiMissus · 24/09/2012 16:39

...and ate cake. Grin

seven77 · 24/09/2012 16:52

Oi well done to BOi on the walking, shame you missed it. If it helps I do t work but still managed to miss the first time DD laughed and pulled up.

DH won the bonus ball at the pub so we're having a tesco £10 meal deal tonight.

Hope all of the poorly DCs are on the mend soon!

Aethelfleda · 24/09/2012 17:16

Playdate time....1.5 hours of imaginitive play followed by mini cheddars and High School Musical. Rock on.

And am reading a fab fantasy novel "A Face Like Glass" by Frances Hardinge (in snatches when DS snoozes after feeds). Its plot is totally and utterly crazy, but page-turning compelling, it beats rubbish like Fifty Shades into a cocked hat!

Oi A character from Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom. The ill minion has control of the tely buttons, and has been bouncing between that and Peppa Pig all day >_<

Tea will be cheesy bacon pasta. The minion had a slice of toast and about thirteen beans. Octoboy had chicken and veggie rice:o

'tis precipitating rather insistently here. There are fears amongst the scared types that the great flood of 2007 will be repeated. I am skeptical.

Figgygal · 24/09/2012 19:49

Ew DS managed to find a bit of skunkys litter from her tray first thing I knew was when it and what looked like his 3pm bottle came spewing out of him onto the floor and all over his feet. He been mega clingy since but his front bottom teeth look almost through so was prob a combination

MrsDeterminedandSpecialMum · 24/09/2012 19:55

Figgy Ewww. Hope Figgyboy is feeling better soon.

My sister is 38+1 and had a scare today and was sent to hospital. Baby seemed to have low hb. Was on monitor for hr and registrar & consultant was happy that's just way bam bams baseline is.
Been on phone to her as she's slightly freaked out so hoping I've calmed her down a little.

NorthernChinchilla · 24/09/2012 21:09

Urgh- DS needed settling at 4am, and although it was DP's turn he didn't stir, so I went down and did it...and then I didn't get back to sleep. This brief post will therefore be brought to you by a very tired NC...

Sorry to hear we have another round of poorly DCs (they communicate amazingly, and they do it with the crap sleep as well ) DS nearly joined in, as the nursery said he'd howled for about 20 mins late on, so to watch out for an ear infection or something similar. However, he was holding onto the table, bouncing up and down and grinning like a maniac when I got home, so I don't think we'll be going to the Doc's any time soon.

Crawling off to sofa for a bit of a documentary and an early night....

NorthernChinchilla · 25/09/2012 07:37

....and I'm crawling back after that early night, which was uninterrupted, and had a lie in til 6.40am! Wibble!

mopsytop · 25/09/2012 07:38

Hi all I am off to GPs, minim vommed for most of hol :( then I thought she was better but 24 hrs later another massive vom, then nothing for 24 hrs then again another projectile vom. In the evening both times. Clingy, grumpy and waking up crying every 30-60 mins all night. So better get her checked. Typical just after I change her nursery days she is sick on those days and can't go in! On the plus front pain in my ear is gone but it still feels all funny and blocked and fuzzy, prob due to eardrum. Hope you're all ok and poorly babies improve...

NorthernChinchilla · 25/09/2012 07:40

If it weren't for work Wink I've got a meeting closer to home than the office, so off to that and then back home to work here. Means I can do the nursery run both ways and get a bit of housework done.

Snot central here, DS splurged green goop all over my night shirt!

NorthernChinchilla · 25/09/2012 07:41

Oh poor MiniM, doesn't sound nice for her. Glad you're on the mend though mopsy

Figgygal · 25/09/2012 08:06

Another sick male in our house this time it's dh so can't go to work until cm picks figgyboy up at 9, which is quite nice for a change and he desperately needed a bath so that's done too.

DS watching Kung fu panda the series at the moment it's quite tolerable actually

OiMissus · 25/09/2012 08:14

Morning all, Poor minimopsy, glad you're feeling better. Congratulations on the lie in and working closer to home Northern.
I said goodbye to my laddio this morning for a couple of days. He was too tired to do any walking last night when he came home from the GPs. I'll look forward to seeing him on Thursday afternoon. I wonder if he'll have it sussed by then... Aw! He looked so adorable in his car seat this morning as I said goodbye. :(

OiMissus · 25/09/2012 08:15

Oh, and, I keep saying we'll not be buying much for his 1st BD and Christmas, but then I see promotions like this at Achica and want to buy everything!!

MrsDeterminedandSpecialMum · 25/09/2012 08:30

Need caffeine, was a long night Sad

Hope Sky cuts these teeth soon!

CherryBlossom27 · 25/09/2012 09:12

Ugh! These babies are in secret communication aren't they?! DS is still a snot bag, I decided to give him some calpol before bed last night and I think it may have helped. He still woke up crying a couple of times between 7-10pm then woke up at around 4am. I just went to sleep in his room and cuddled him until 7.30am when he woke up.

DS had a bit of breakfast and milk and I had to give him a bath to try to get his snot out, it was all dried up and gross. Much screaming as I cleaned him up. He was back in his cot asleep by 8.20am! Obviously needs the sleep!

LittleMissFlustered · 25/09/2012 09:23

Mugs at the ready ladies!

Not too bad a night here, Octoboy woke as I went to bed at ten, then at two and six. That's a bloody quiet night for us!

The remaining minion is looking perjurer so will be back to school tomorrow. The elder one returns from her PGL adventure tomorrow:)

Sad that so many are still gloopy:(

I'm planning to hug my boys and sort laundry today. And research flooring. Carpet or 'orrible laminate? Going to get some cushion floor for the hallway for sure as it's cat, child and weatherproof!

LittleMissFlustered · 25/09/2012 09:25

Aw, my phone is accusing my Boo of perjury! It was supposed to be perkier!

mopsytop · 25/09/2012 09:36

GP says it's just a bug. So we will just have to ride it out!!

Xiaoxiong · 25/09/2012 09:57
OiMissus · 25/09/2012 10:57

Grrrrr easyjet Shitey shite shite.

LittleMissFlustered · 25/09/2012 11:25

Sleazyjet!

Sounds like its going to be a Tuesday from hell all round.

Boo's rash is still in evidence, not sure what I can do about if or school. Jo hum!

MrsDeterminedandSpecialMum · 25/09/2012 11:26

I have a poorly little lady. She has an upper respiratory tract infection and high temp Sad has only drunk 3ozs of milk since this morning.
