Oh my Fizz, how exciting!!! Definitely pee - surely you bought a 2 pack, so you can always do one tomorrow morning Wink Grin

Kitty - oh dear. Try not to worry about the other kids though, all kids are exposed to all sorts all the time, you can't keep them bubble-wrapped.

I know we talked about milk before but I forget what the conclusion was. Now that DD isn't bf, should I give her milk at bedtime? I haven't bothered so far and not sure I really want to add it to my jobs at bedtime

Kittycatcat · 12/06/2012 14:41

S has 8oz in the am and 8oz at bedtime. HV suggests 16-20oz per day i think.... If DD isnt missing it tho......

JKSLtd · 12/06/2012 14:45

Goodness, that seems a lot. She has tonnes of cheese & yoghurt so hopefully that's enough.
I can remember being told at some point that girls get all their calcium for life in the first few years or something (probably bollocks) so I feel guilty if I'm not giving her enough but still, I can't imagine she'll drink that much.
I suppose I ought to stock up on some blue milk and try it with her (we only have red in at the moment as the boys don't drink any either).

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 12/06/2012 15:16

Ffs woman, will you just urinate already Grin

JKS, if ds wasn't bf'ing any longer I wouldn't give cows milk as a drink. I would do as you mentioned, milk and cereal for breakfast, yoghurts, cheese etc, and other non dairy calcium rich food ....... Which has escaped me Grin

Kittycatcat · 12/06/2012 15:20

Well said that woman!

Yeah ours was swapped from formula so different situation.

UnderwaterBasketWeaving · 12/06/2012 17:31

I'm home!

We can start the POAS games now! Grin

Oh, and I've found F in a sicky bed before too! Blush

GlaikitFizzogKnitterOfTheRealm · 12/06/2012 18:41

It's very very faint, I'll do the other in the morning. See what it says. I've taken a photo but you can't see the positive line in it. I can only see it in a really good light but it is there.

UnderwaterBasketWeaving · 12/06/2012 18:55

How are you feeling about it? (are you going to put the pic on your profile?)

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 12/06/2012 19:05

How are you feeling about it all Fizz?

Everything will be fine

chillikat · 12/06/2012 19:12

Hugs fizz.

ecuse · 12/06/2012 19:17

Oh Fizz how exciting! Can understand why you have mixed emotions about it though. I'd like to think I speak for everyone when I say we'll be here for Brew and Biscuit whatever you decide to do.

UnderwaterBasketWeaving · 12/06/2012 19:25

agreed, ecuse

Kittycatcat · 12/06/2012 20:10

Ditto ecuse. My line was v faint on Internet test with this pregnancy. Hope you are ok. We are all here for you. Congratulations :-)

chillikat · 12/06/2012 21:03

Internet test, kitty? Do you have to pee on the computer?

Kittycatcat · 12/06/2012 21:08

Hahaha chilli. Internet cheapie. Oops.

S just puked up during his bottle. He's now asleep on me. What to do..

chillikat · 12/06/2012 21:31

Poor S. I always assume sleep is good.

I think M is teething again - she has very red and sore looking bits (now covered in sudocrem) and has had her hand stuffed in her mouth :( No nap again today so she might just be too tired to feel the pain as she's asleep for now. I have a feeling it's going to be a bad night.

Kittycatcat · 12/06/2012 21:38

Hope it isn't chilli

ecuse · 12/06/2012 22:03

We have a teether here too. Solidarity!

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 12/06/2012 22:57

((hugs)) to all teethers and poorly ones :(

Fizz no wonder you are in shock! All those hormones sloshing around for one thing :) Everything will be fine, you will be fine

Frakiosaurus · 13/06/2012 07:51

An unplanned baby is always a shock. Heck even planned ones are shocks! I ditto ecuse too. We're all here for you with Brew, Biscuit and the odd Bear

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 13/06/2012 07:51

'ello Ali, how was France? Hope you all had a fab time Smile

Hope you're doing ok this morning Fizz.

How was you night chilli? teething here too. Two pre molars have popped through - which explains the early mornings last week.

I know have visions of kitty squatting over a PC having a wee Shock Blush

I am hosting a coffee morning here today (hurray the sun is out) then in to town this arvo to get some sandals for Toddler I. He is now walking all of the time so it's time to get some shoes, and I now classify him as a toddler rather than a baby
