APRIL 2007 - Our Babies Are Off To School!!!!! :-O and :-( and :-)!!!!

Thought I should probably start a new thread as we face a new era for our beautiful April 2007 (and March / May) babies!!!

I am feeling rather shaky just writing this. I don't think I have quite got my head round the fact that Phoebe is starting school in a few short weeks. She is my last baby, so I am feeling pretty sad about it. Definitely the end of an era for me. No more babies at home - no more swimming fun / beach fun / park fun / fun with friends during the day, unless it is a school holiday, any more. Wow! I don't think I want to think about that too much right now, so I am going to stop!! Phoebe starts on Sept 12th, is p/t (til 12pm) all that week, then she is f/t from Sept 19th. All uniform and shoes bought for all girlies, so here we go .......

On a happier note - I have Bramshot and her girlies coming to visit today We are planning to have fun on the beach, but weather forecast looks like rain , so it might be soft play, which is a shame; but I am sure they girls will have a riot and Bramshot and I can drink coffee and stuff!!

Thanks for the memories ladies, it has been an amazing few years - I've had a bit of a break from MN recently, but I'll pop back every now and again to check in with all my favourite 4 year old's mummies!! xx

How did Bea get on at school?

Hope Bea had a great day yesterday. Ours were back today and O went off happily (after a minor tantrum over the wrong sort of coco-pops!), despite having a few wobbles over Christmas.

Bea seems very happy at school and she likes after school club too. That's a relief! She took an hour to eat one sndwich on the first day but is now eating at normal speed So all good.

I went to the GP a couple of weeks ago for something minor and she asked when they'd last had blood tests done for me. I said 'last time I was pregnant' - and we realised that was over 5 years ago now So I had some more taken.

Luke is 3 on Friday and had a taster session at pre school today, he loved it

Can't believe they are 5 very soon!! Erin has decided on a joint party, food and entertainment and has told Jack what is happening - don't think he has a lot of choice!!

Happy Third Birthday to Luke Oooggs - wow - 3 already! O wants "a kitten party" for her 5th "but don't worry mummy, they don't have to be real kittens"

Dd2's birthday tomorrow - that will make two girls well in to their second decade. Only B still in single digits. I feel very, very old.

They look fab Bramshott - I'd give it a go. DD1 had a jewellery making party last year. No need for a party bag, they just take home what they have made.

Sorry I haven't been on here, haven't got much time what with my 2 jobs I am giving one of them up at the end of the school year though, not that they know yet, but I CAN'T WAIT!!

I also appear to be organising my village fete again
