Hello everyone! :) Just wanted to wish all of you a very Happy New Year! All the best in 2012!

JetLi · 03/01/2012 08:19

Happy New Year everyone Smile

Hope you get to the bottom of the poo problem Ali.

DP woke DD1 up for nursery this morning. She must have been dreaming because she said "Pingu! Pingu! I don't eat worms!" Grin

How yer doin baby? Long time, no see! Hope you are OK.

Baby soon QF Grin

the poo problem is now in the hands of the doc who has a delightful sample to check for underlying infections but as a precaution we've cut back on fruit juice loads and re introduced whole milk rather than semi skimmed.

Trying to potty train again. beth was all done by now and becca still has no clue. Just lots of wet pants and pooey pants. Great. Been re reading toddler taming. as doc green says: "you can take a toddler ot the potty but you can't make anything come out!" Never mind. Think at least she's getting the idea of feeling wet now. Just not great weather to be trying it. How can one child have been so easy and one so hard? Never mind :(

On the whole christmas was been great here. Xmas Smile Pete off loads over the hols. Dreading going back to my full time job post christmas. Not dreading working, just he full time bit. It's harder than I imagined. Never mind.

Hello all!
4 weeks left if you remember what it feels like feel sorry for me!

Alfie is getting there again with potty training he had been in nappys again over christmas as he had a nasty bug :( still hasnt got back to the asking stage I still have to take him regularly.

Hes started playgroup and loves it!
Just had the forms for school nursery how time has flown :(

alibobble · 24/01/2012 17:58

hi all. you have sympathies QF. Becca was a 9lb baby (bot that I knw that at the time) and it was super uncomfortable. Hope all goes well over next few weeks.

We have FINALLY broken the back of potty training. Huzzah for not spending money on nappies! Nothing worked with her like stickers, praise etc except Jelly Tots! We've weaned her onto dairy free chocolate buttons and hopefully stickers in the end! She was determined not to do it for no reward!

Hope everyone is doing ok.

QueenFee · 24/01/2012 21:39

Were still getting wet trousers almost everyday and i'm half inclined to put him back in nappies. Don't know what to do. Hes going through a really independant phase and unless he thinks its his idea then you might as well forget it.

He loves nursery though so hoping that might help.

CavemanDave · 28/01/2012 14:04

Hope you're OK QF - this was my last week at work, this time last year. Not long now!

Not even thinking about potty training here tbh. Will start when the weather is a bit nicer. Couldn't resist a packet of Waybuloo pants though Wink wish they did em in my size Grin

QueenFee · 18/02/2012 11:56

3 days overdue...

Alfie is seriously regressing in the loo dept. Thinking of getting the nappies back out :( some days he is dry all day. Other days I am convinced he wees himself on purpose possibly an attention thing my poor kids have been seeiously neglected recently I have so little energy.

Hope everyone is well and surviving half term!

CavemanDave · 18/02/2012 16:13

Hi QF - hope you're OK Grin just think how fab you will feel once the baby is out. Best feeling in the world.

alibobble · 20/02/2012 19:03

Hello all :)
Just thought I'd say a happy 3rd birthday to all our 'babies'!
Off to nursery school in September and Alfie looks so grown up in his uniform.
Louis is already 6mths old and I have severe last baby syndrome.
Hope your all getting on well
