Oh everything crossedfor you cf!
Wow pistachio that's awful :( it makes you realise how fragile human life really is.

I'm still feeling off/on nausea and serious fatigue. I now have a pain when I laugh hard or cough on lower right side of uterus area. What is this? Had period this weekend, def not pg as I tested again this weekend and negative, using contraception.
Getting blood test probably Monday because too much going on tomorrow. Could it be a cyst? Confused

Ekka · 27/01/2011 22:21

Cf, good luck for tomorrow! We had our scan today and all went ok. I hope yours is as successful....

Hmm, how terrible for you and those poor, poor parents.

Ouch Star, can't offer any advice, I hope you get it sorted soon though.

CSWS, in reference to your much, much earlier question about M's allergies, he is still allergic to everything so any new foods you've discovered would be much appreciated! Are you getting more sleep these days? I hope for your sanity that D is being a little more settled....

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/01/2011 07:34

Good luck for today cf. Have my fingers firmly crossed.

Ekka - will link to what I was eating later when on iMac rather than iPhone.

Coconutfeet · 28/01/2011 11:16

Bad news. Another blighted ovum. I'm going back to the hospital later today for an ERPC. Sad

StarExpat · 28/01/2011 12:07

:( I am so sorry cf.

Coconutfeet.
I am so very sorry for you & DH.
Are you having erpc today? No words can describe how you will be feeling so I wont try. I am sending a massive hug and lots of love to you. Sad

ronshar · 28/01/2011 13:11

Doh. Read more carefully in future ronshar.

I forgot before, but ((((((hug)))))) and I don't care if anyone watching doesn't like hug-giving on MN. It's happening.

pepperrabbit · 28/01/2011 18:43

cf - Sad Sad so sorry.

Ekka · 28/01/2011 20:28

Sad So sorry to hear your news cf. Take care of yourself.

Coconutfeet · 29/01/2011 15:22

Thanks ladies. I had to stay overnight at the hospital as they didn't do the ERPC until quite late and there was no doctor to discharge me, so I've not been back that long. I'm so glad to be home. Physically I'm OK. Just tired and a bit achy. Keep getting weepy though, but that's normal, I know. The good news is that they've referred me to the recurrant miscarriage clinic. The bad news is that it could take a while.

Star - How are you feeling now?

Ekka - Good news about your scan! Are you going to find out what you're having, or keep it a surprise?

Is that to make up for having Christmas off, myjob? That's a looooooong shift! Shock

Cf good that you've been referred. My friend/colleague who had the ERPC (I think?) done after her recent loss (the one I mentioned fb group) was on antibiotics afterward and in a lot of pain. I'm not sure what is normal in terms of pain but glad you're not in pain.

I think weepiness would be very, very normal. You've been through a lot :(

I hope N doesn't get what you had, too. Sounds awful. Are you any better?

Poor your dh myjob. That is a very long time to work. Can he do school runs on his days off?

Freeeeeeeeeeezing here!

Glad you are home and 'sort of' ok cf.
star - not normal to need abs and be in lots of pain after an erpc.

sorry, lost train of thought now as been up with J for 20 mins since i wrote last line.

Coconutfeet · 30/01/2011 08:55

Star your poor friend. It sounds like she got an infection as abs and pain are not the norm after an ERPC. How is she now? Having gone from feeling fine, I feel like I've been beaten up today but it's just muscular, rather than internal iyswim. Anyway, I'm not doing much today. Poor dp is run ragged though. He's been doing all the running around after ds and me, plus it's been a horrible time for him too. I think he's exhausted and of course he's back at work tomorrow.

Myjob - I'm always amazed at how hardcore chefs are, with their long working hours. You must be so glad that he doesn't normally have to work on Sundays.

That sounds like a lovely day, Pistachio. It's so good just to let go of all the day to day stuff. It really lifts your spirits.

CSWS - How's the sleep situation in your house at the moment?

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/01/2011 10:06

unfortunately no better cf, but thanks for asking

StarExpat · 30/01/2011 13:56

What is D doing, csws? Is he waking a lot or difficulty settling initially or both?

Cf she's doing better now but was still bleeding early on this week (not sure if it's stopped now...) but lots and lots of bleeding since the procedure and pain. She seems a bit better now but also has pain mess so I'm not sure (?).
Cf are your or dp's parents nearby? Could they come help out for a bit to relieve Dp? I hope you all get some rest soon. Does S still nap?
We saw we're going on a bear hunt at theatre nearby yesterday afternoon. Q loved it. He did cry when they squirted water at the audience Hmm and when the BEAR came out at the end (because of the"ohhh ohhhhhhhh here it comes!!!" anticipation talk) but settled once we pointed out it was just a great big teddy bear. :)
It was about an hour long. We were impressed that he sat through it and interacted with it!
