Just heard some of it on the radio 2 news. Trump is such a bully. Feel very sorry for Zelenskyy and Ukraine.

Bullying pure and simple. Trump and Vance are vile

I'm shocked, but not surprised by the conduct of Trump, and Vance. Unbelievable.

I hope Starmer speaks up on this. Bullying driven by ego.

I am not a big Zelensky fan but Trump and Vance were disgusting - completely undignified, bullying, ill-mannered, inappropriate. It was a pile-on and definitely a double act that had been discussed, in some way, previously.

The only compromise which the USA seems to think he should accept is letting his country be invaded/boundary lines redrawn so part of Ukraine is given to Russia.

trump wouldn’t do that if Russia decided they wanted Alaska. Though I kind of see the point what’s the choice if you don’t have the weapons and manpower to fight. If the military supplies from other countries dries up they’re stuffed. Maybe they are willing to fight to the death 🤷🏻‍♀️. Like for everyone

@JanieJS I would summise - "sign this document or we're going to take things by force". Ukraine wasn't allowed to join NATO so doesn't have much to protect itself.

Any escalation would be on the head of Trump and his buddy Putin. That's what the world sees. I admire Zelenskyy's composure, and wonder how long he can sustain it.

Surely this is scripted for Putin.

Make it look like it is soooo hard to get Zelensky to agree to a deal (so that Putin concedes more).

These things are worked out in detail behind closed doors, not in front of the press.

Trump knows that the truth is, that he has the upper hand here. He showed zero respect to Zelensky, along with that dreadful Vance. Such a despicable pair. They really know, that along with that vile musk, they can pretty much do what they want.

So America would be involved in the war ( supporting Russia against Ukraine) - according to Trump.

Let us hope that tomorrow he has forgotten he has said this too.
