The entire world's movers and shakers, swindlers and fakers, public money piss-takers will be watching in trepidation at what Trump will do to them. The entire world's great and the good, high and the mighty, shifty and flighty will be supporting Hillary. Will you be with the people supporting Trump?

Have you got the ice cream, the chocolate, the biscuits and the matchsticks to keep the eyelids open ready?

As a warm-up, here is Sky News's 30 minute documentary shown last night

"Trump. Could it really happen?"

For those Trump fans who don't know the words and would like to sing along on Oct 9, Round 2, here it is

It is something that Trump fans don't like to think about in case it brings bad luck

That's quite an understatement. You also don't like to think about human driven climate change in case it brings bad luck, I imagine.
Because if you close your eyes and cover your ears and sing lalala, then it will all be fine and Trump will come along in his shinning armour.

claig are you on the cooking sherry? You are sounding increasingly bizarre!

As for this ... Tune in for Oct 9, Round 2. The "Stump for Trump Sisters" will probably be tweeting live and anyone in their right mind should be following them. I think we know which side to be on to be 'of right mind'. Rumour has it, they are on the Trump's payroll and paid to spout their nonsense. I've listened to them and they are not intelligent and pretty inarticulate so I'll give it a miss claig if it's alright with you!

sailawaywithme · 28/09/2016 14:49

claig you sound deranged. Thank goodness I am a US citizen and will be canceling out your vote (assuming you are a US citizen and will be exercising your right to vote.)

claig · 28/09/2016 14:51

'claig are you on the cooking sherry? You are sounding increasingly bizarre!'

Have you no sense of humour? I am playing a comic role, having a laugh, bigging it up for a laugh, not taking it seriously, but making it entertaining. Don't take it all seriously.

'claig you sound deranged.'

I am JOKING. I am having a laugh with it.

'Tune in for Oct 9, Round 2. The "Stump for Trump Sisters" will probably be tweeting live and anyone in their right mind should be following them'

It is a joke FGS. The "anyone in their right mind" is the giveaway and even the "tweeting live" is a joke as if people would bother tuning in live to get the latest tweets.

Yep and I'm having a joke asking you if it's OK with you if I give the Stumps a wide berth! hell would freeze over before I engaged with them!

I bet they're a laugh a minute if you're pissed! Shame it can't be on a subject other than that arsewipe Trump.

claig · 28/09/2016 15:01

'Yep and I'm having a joke asking you if it's OK with you if I give the Stumps a wide berth'

Of course it is OK with me. I love the "Stump for Trump Sisters" and think they are hilarious. I don't expect you to seriously follow them as they themselves are also having a laugh. All their videos are a laugh, which is why they are Trump fan favourites and have been interviewed by the mainstream media. It's a laugh.

'I can vouch that Claig threads are to be approached with a tongue firmly in cheek. And they're usually a lot of fun.'

Thanks, VoyageOfDad. Nearly all my threads are the same and I have been on here for years. It is a laugh, not to be taken seriously. I deliberately take a comic position for a laugh otherwise politics becomes boring. It is entertainment but also deals with real issues but in a hopefully entertaining, non-dry way.

For someone who is 'having a laugh', you have posted an awful lot about Trump and Farage on MN.

Mind you, you not mentioned Paul Dacre for a while...

The people can only keep their fingers crossed and rousingly sing the song from Les Miserables

Which one? Who Am I? - that's the best one for Donald Trump

Ego147 · 28/09/2016 15:08

I don't believe you. Sorry - but you have posted loads about Farage and Trump on MN.

claig · 28/09/2016 15:09

'For someone who is 'having a laugh', you have posted an awful lot about Trump and Farage on MN.'

Yes because I support them and they have affected our political life, but I have a laugh about it and with it.

OP posts:
Roussette · 28/09/2016 15:12

I don't think all you post claig is for comedic value, I think you believe a lot of what you post. Worrying.

claig · 28/09/2016 15:12

'I don't believe you. Sorry - but you have posted loads about Farage and Trump on MN.'

That's OK. I am only telling you the truth but if you don't believe me, that is your right. I like Farage and Trump and I post on the Politics section. But I also post about Corbyn, Cameron, Syria, global warming and a host of other political topics.

OP posts:
Roussette · 28/09/2016 15:13

Is it a joke when you say you like Farage and Trump?

No, thought not....

claig · 28/09/2016 15:14

'I don't think all you post claig is for comedic value, I think you believe a lot of what you post. Worrying.'

Of course I believe that Trump is the best candidate, but I exaggerate for comic effect, just as the "Stump for Trump Sisters " do. I couldn't post so cogently if I didn't know what I was talking about and didn't believe that Trump was better than Hillary, but I try to make it funny too.

OP posts:
claig · 28/09/2016 15:15

'Is it a joke when you say you like Farage and Trump?

Of course not, and nor is it a joke when I say I like Corbyn.

Gosh, you used global warming without using the word 'alleged'?

Are you feeling ok?
Concerned head tilt

claig · 28/09/2016 15:17

'Gosh, you used global warming without using the word 'alleged'?' Grin

Good point "alleged global warming" Smile

Thank you for pointing out that error.

How come you've never yet discovered that no-one finds you funny, claig? Or, at least, not funny ha ha. Why don't you change tack and try another technique?
