AnnVan it's caled "scottish hearther", I would say unisex, I'd call it bluish lilac as supposed to purple here, it's slightly more lilacky than the pic. it's just that I'm only keeping a few now as I prefer ittis for day, but I want some for when we use wool and I only wanted 2. I know if I wash it I'll use it... so I'm just puttin the yellow and the pink ones in the machine now and this in a bag!

SunflowerNeedsSunshine · 13/02/2009 12:22

I was torn between orange or yellow and got yellow, it's so bright and cute!

AnnVan · 13/02/2009 12:39

Lol sunflower I was also torn between orange and yellow, but got the orange. It is also very bright and cute. Oooh indecision. DO I take your purple sandy or not? hmm. Must remember to pay 4 for her bg. She must thing I'm timewasting I'm not, 4, honest, I just have a sieve brain at the moment.

Ha, I could add it to the hypothetical fuschia itti bitti in T's anti-gender-stereotyping collection! DP would have a fit if I attempted to put his terribly manly son in a lilac nappy...

Another question about wool- What can you put over it? Don't like the idea of putting T to bed in something that doesn't button underneath his crotch, as he'd probably end up with it bunched around his neck and freeze...

SunflowerNeedsSunshine · 13/02/2009 13:03

well, it's blueish lilac, so better then fushia

the wool I have is quite high (it comes up nearly to her armpits), so I put M in a long sleeve vest (what I use to wear at that age!!) and another long sleeve top (I'm a whimp myself about having my belly out, it has to be 30C for me not to wear a vest )

4andnotout · 13/02/2009 16:17

Ann Sorry i have sold all my bg's now as i hadn't heard from you.

rusmum · 13/02/2009 16:34

so ahet we all got now?? I lose track of who uses what!!

Am i daft sticking to sandy and teddies only??

These are now all i have.

What difference between m and ml airflow??
AND how do bumbles fit btp???

Am liking these now but have too many so got 3 for sale if anyone wants!

SunflowerNeedsSunshine · 13/02/2009 16:39

rus I love my Sandy's, it's just the airflow that, though great for containment, is leaving bad marks on DD's waist and legs, even when loose... so I'm keeping some and using them under wool. ittis are perfect on her as they're slim, higher rise on the legs, so perfect for DD who has small waist but chunky thighs Do you want a brand new purple one

I've just washed and dried the pink and the yellow sandy's, they're so gorgeous!!

rusmum · 13/02/2009 16:53

Not bothered about coloured ones ta afterall cant see them!!

Whats all this with wool then?? dont get it. need a wrap too?? for day or just night?? what longies etc... i am not with it/

lollipopmother · 13/02/2009 18:08

Cyteen - My Stacinator is medium, never worn but I did wash it (STUPIDLY!!), I'd like £10.50 but that will include recorded delivery to be on the safe side.

Thanks everyone for thinking that my post on CNT wasn't too awful, I think I'm just about over it now!

Rusmum - You say you're after Sandy's, what sort of price are you looking at per nappy?

OP posts:
Hopefully · 13/02/2009 18:28

Subtle nappy offloading Sunshine!

I think if the postman doesn't bring my itti bitti tomorrow I may cry.

lollipopmother · 13/02/2009 18:30

Where did you get it from Hopefully?

OP posts:
ilovemydogandMrObama · 13/02/2009 18:31

lollipop there was nothing wrong with it... . I mean really, are they getting money from sponsors? Even Mumsnet though is funded through sponsorship/advertisements and it's quite loosely moderated. Look at how many people slag off have opinions about Boden wearing people

Very stuck up forum -- had to laugh at the 'not a discussion forum, lollipop...'

swampster how's your potty training going?

ilovemydogandMrObama · 13/02/2009 18:32

Potty training with your DS.

swampster · 13/02/2009 18:45

Hi ilove I've been semi-housebound for so long with my HUGE bump and the horrid weather so DS2 has been running around in nothing but a t-shirt... and using the potty >It's really been no biggie, he's pretty reliable now, he's even pretty much dry at night, though in a nappy. I definitely have a couple of BBHs surplus to requirements but I expect it will be a while before I make it to the post office.

rusmum · 13/02/2009 19:38

swampster id be interested in bbh if no one else before me!

Hopefully · 13/02/2009 19:44

Erm... I think Twinkle Twinkle? The first place that came up when I googled itti bitti! To be fair, I think they post second class unless you pay for recorded, so I have no real reason to expect it to have arrived.

DP has expressed an interest in selling the surplus bamboozles and replacing if I want to - I am astonished, was expecting to have to do all my nappy trading covertly and then present him with a bunch of new nappies. Plan went a bit wrong when he saw me checking out used nappy sites..

swampster · 13/02/2009 19:53

OK, I will do a stock-take. I don't think anybody needs as many as I've got (15) and that's after sending six to a mate...

swampster · 13/02/2009 19:54

Forgot to add:

ilovemydogandMrObama · 13/02/2009 20:11

What color are your BBHs?

itwasCYTEENagewedding · 13/02/2009 20:20

lollipop sadly I think I'll have to pass on the Stacinator, DS is 18lb already so don't think I'd get much use out of it before he bursts out graduates to large. Thanks anyway.

swampster · 13/02/2009 20:27

One purple, one blue and three natural should take me down to a more reasonable 10!

ilovemydogandMrObama · 13/02/2009 20:31

Swampster - would be interested in the natural ones. Bamboo fleece right?

No great hurry...

rusmum · 13/02/2009 20:40

swampster can youspare any?? need 2 or 3 if that available?

lollipopmother · 13/02/2009 22:18

Seeing as everyone is selling and I am still in a bit of a huff with clothnappytree () I shall just mention here that I'm selling two Blueberry One-Size (BBOS).

It's a new (worn twice) fire opal (orange and yellow mottled), and a pink, sage, brown spot. Picture is here, the first two, the last has already gone.

I'd like £14 for the orange, £10 for the spots which will include recorded delivery. Someone buy them before I cave!
