postage is extra

thebluefoxategreensocks · 04/02/2009 10:03

As I said yesterday, a couple of people offered me some on the Yahoo group (orange, pink & purple - 2 of each I think - between the two people offering). If anyone wants to email me, I could always forward you the emails they sent & you could try contacting them to see if they're still selling them. Don't know the people personally (nor have seen photos of what they have) but I think they were all supposed to be in good condition - and, if I remember correctly, they were both asking about a fiver each plus postage.

rachel changed my mind after receiving your (now mine!) BBH. Very soft and fleecy!

Thank you!

ilovemydog: what did you change your mind on? Whether or not they're worth the price on UsedNappies? Well, maybe best to try it first and make sure you get on OK. I certainly loved them too, and was very disappointed when Benjamin didn't seem to agree. Oh well. Guess most children are not as fussy as him (and require tons of nappy changes all day long! LOL), so they're probably great for everyone else! I debated whether or not to keep the BBH for bump as night nappies, but decided instead to sell them to fund Bumbles instead for my little boy now. Anyway, glad you're pleased! And they are so soft to touch!

McDreamy · 04/02/2009 11:35

Swampster had a 7lb baby boy named Jacob on MOnday

Can anyone recommend some reusable wipes and solutions for me pretty please?

thebluefoxategreensocks · 04/02/2009 11:51

McDreamy: Regarding solutions, I think everyone should go to Lidl on Monday and get some of their baby "goodnight" wash they're brining in!! (assuming Lidl in other places have what they have here in Scotland!!) Unfortunately it's not something they stock all the time, but I bought some last year when they brought it in, and it's wonderful!! It's the Cien brand, but not a regularly stocked product. Comes in a big bottle with dispenser - and lovely oat and lavender scented! I just put a squirt of it onto a flannel and then put it under the tap to get wet. Very gentle, soap free - and my son with very sensitive skin & eczema has done great using it (and a similar baby wash they do) for about a year now.

swampster big congrats to you!!

4andnotout · 04/02/2009 13:56

annvann do you still want the yellow bumgenius? Just so i know if to use it or not
Are the teddies like lolipop softees? I loved using them on dd4 but she has outgrown them now as they were newborn size

AnnVan · 04/02/2009 14:00

4 yes I would still like the bg. May have to pay by bank transfer though - not sure how much DP has in Paypal, as waiting for fees to be taken.
softees are the microfibre ones aren't they? If they are, then they'll be similar, barring the cut etc of course. I really liketeddies, don't have softees though to compare.

ilovemydogandMrObama · 04/02/2009 14:01

rachel Changed my mind re: finding colored BBHs as yours arrived this morning and is the fleecy type. Don't think the colored are very fleecy...

4andnotout · 04/02/2009 14:02

Yes they are the microfibre ones.
