Funny things your toddler has said

I thought it would be fun to share those little gems here.
Mine recently rubbed my pregnant belly and said, "Baby!" Then, without missing a beat touched my boob and exclaimed, "Booby!" 😵‍💫
And: while I was using the toilet came over to me, patted my leg and said, "Good job!" 👏

Got any to share? 😊

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

My 4y has taken to educating me about things in the morning. Usually 6.30am, or so.
Today, as I was waking up, Havoc asked:
Mummy do you know about drawbridges?

🤦‍♀️🩷😂

We've been seeing more birds recently so today he said to me "you are a great tit!"

I've been called worse 😂

5YO announces he will leave the house at 40 years

Daddy : no don't go I'll miss you

5YO response : why just have another child.

Cuddling in bed with 3 year old this morning.

Me: I really love being your mummy.
Him: I really love being your dad.

❤️❤️❤️

My 2y, Baby, calls their onezie pyjamas with the gummy bears print the P'jears pyjamas. 🩷
Baby is also in the full-on love phase and multiple times a day I get hugs and Baby says, Mummy I love you so much. 🥹
It's cutest when I'm talking to someone, or on the phone and Baby is insistent for my attention and I say, Mummy's on the phone, Darling and Baby says, But Mummy, I love you. 🩷🥹

3 year old, as we were walking home from Tesco:

"One day when I am a big boy, I really want to have lunch in a bush."

...okay then! No idea where that one came from 😂

Not really a toddler anymore as turning 4, but my DS made a big performance out of having something special that he and Daddy were going to play with and it was just for boys. Only boys, not for girls at all.

It was perfume.

Baby, who had been in pj's and was ready for bed, had undressed and was now carrying a diaper, jeans and a t-shirt intending to get dressed again. Havoc, exasperated, said, "'Mummy, I told baby to get dressed. I said it nicely 5 or 16 times, too." 😂

4 year old daughter, was explaining recently that her much loved uncle who passed away was going to be a star in the sky - was a hard moment for me to explain death for the first time but she seemed to let it sink in and I knew I'd get follow up questions..
Caught me off guard when she said 2 days later 'being a star in the sky would be so BORING though', made me laugh inside but had to invent some fun stuff a star in the sky could do!
I've started writing them all down in a little app I built called keeps because I knew I'd forget them, also cos we had all the intentions to write these moments down in a lovely book we bought when she was born but I've been bloody rubbish! Trying harder now with the second one here as well :D
