Hi guys I know this is a little off topic but has anyone had a decision back off uc for the disability element and how long did it take?

I’m tempted to phone up tomorrow to ask what we have been awarded as I got the text today saying that we just not the rates xx

@Jam291 no the lady was lovely! If your going to call try at 9am, I couldn’t as I was working but was on hold for about 45 minutes x

I had my decision letter yesterday, I informed them on Monday this week so it was pretty quick

I rang up out of curiosity 🫣! Went up to 16 weeks wait now urgh 😩! April 3rd scan date so another 3 and a half weeks to go

Yes I heard from them yesterday afternoon. Although I’m not sure that they have calculated the back pay correctly which is annoying

Aw bloody hell, they told me they were sorting it but I'm not so sure they are, probably just telling me that lol
