@Minnie83 hi I was declined on the 5th I got the reasons over the phone and sent my MR on the 7th first class signed for xx

@Minnie83 Literally there reasons was there’s nothing in place at school for her 🥹 I missed a call from the decision maker she left a voicemail stating she would ring back and she never did then declined the claim I could have explained more over the phone but she didn’t call back so 😩 she sounded a mardy hag on the voicemail she left too 😂

@LmumL similar happened to me but I answered and still got declined

Update just called its apparently taking 16 weeks now

My scan date was the 9th March and my daughter was awarded last Wednesday if that helps.

I was awarded DLA for my daughter last week. I informed UC today that I am now in receipt of DLA child.

does anyone know how long it takes them to start making payments? I’m just curious as to whether I’m looking at another few months for UC.
