I was awarded two weeks ago and let UC know the same day and am still awaiting the changes to be put in place. I have received a message in my journal on 12th June acknowledging things and saying that they are going to verify the DLA and look at backdating all the elements etc but have heard nothing since. I'm due my next UC payment on the 10th so I'm thinking that I will probably just see the changes in place then

My daughter got diagnosed with combined adhd today, I'm amazingly impressed as I only booked the assessment last week. So the NHS can literally sling there 3 year waiting list ❤🥳💕🎉

I done my changes last week on uc and they said its with the case manager on what the decision will be. I aint heard anything since if that's any help

Ugh.... 16 weeks. It's just seems to be getting longer and longer. I wish I could turn off and not think about it but seems we aren't alone all feeling stressed and anxious about it all. Hope I get to hear some good news for everyone soon 🙏

@Catsandcupcakes my scan date is the 23rd and I phoned yesterday as my current claim ends today.
It took over an hour to get through on hold and the lady told me that it’s with a decision maker xx

Oh that is good news then you should have your decision soon 🙏. I haven't rang up yet I think being on hold so long would send my anxiety over the edge 😂😂Keep me updated. Hoping you get good news x

Congrats on your award I notified uc last week about being awarded dla mine is with a case manager for a decision of that helps. I aint heard anything since.

I notified them Wednesday and heard its with case manager Friday but not heard since I will let you know thanks

If anyone is trying to ring dla and sick of the waiting times, u need to ring 9am on the dot an ul get straight through. Works every time for me ☺

Hi all scan date 14th March just called he got awarded 2 days ago hrc no mobility as his under 5 but I'm happy with that 😊 goodluck all
