@Lo89 hi, yeah got a message and then with in 10 minutes they rang me and told me I've been awarded and the rate my son would recieve.
@Sweetsweetlike hi, yeah message then 10 mins later they phoned and he said about being awarded and that I should recieve payment with in 7 days.

That text is nothing to worry about as I got got that exact one three times from week 10, and was awarded at week 14

@shejokes11 it was the 6th of march, and he said on the phone that its paid from when you ring for them to send you a form, whereas I thought it was from scan date.

Hi, new to this, applied for my daughter and my scan date is 20 April. Is there any point in me calling them?

Most probably not, I rang them 2 days ago and they said I’m on week 10 and should know by week 15 my scan date is the 4th April :)

I would say no, my scan date is 23rd of march and when I called them Monday they said I’m looking at around first week of July so I would say you are looking at early august maybe

when you call do they just search by name and DOB or do you have to give them a reference number?

@Mummyof1sonxx i think the change in circumstances is a 6 month wait as I was told the other day over the phone. I would phone them if you have been waiting since January.

Hi 🥰 I’ve sent off my forms on Tuesday for my son who’s on the ASD pathway and I’m inpatient already!! Do I get a letter to tell me when it’s been received and scanned?

@Mumtotwoboys121 yes but I sent form off beginning of Feb and didn't actually receive confirmation that they received it until end of April lol so it's best if u ring maybe next week an ask if they received it saves waiting months for there letter

Week 15 for me now. Scan date 10th March. Not texts of letters for some time now, was told when I called a few weeks ago expect to hear week 15. So I'm checking and checking bank account and waiting
