Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Mumoftwins2007 · 12/06/2023 19:13

I received a letter today from them saying that they have received my communication on 1/6/23 and it can take up to 11 weeks for the MR . Have you heard?

Minnie83 · 12/06/2023 22:08

No nothing still 😬 @Mumoftwins2007 but they told me 3 to 5 weeks

Mumoftwins2007 · 12/06/2023 22:10

I re read the letter…it states in the letter that if I’ve not heard anything in 11 weeks that I need to contact them…when I spoke to them they said it would take around 4 weeks for MR.

Hey 👋 new here,
I have a scan date of 29th March going by the thread I still have a long wait ahead. I have had a letter and a text to say they are still looking at my claim. I just wondered if anyone has had any success with an award for a child with Tourette’s? My daughter is 6 and was diagnosed beginning of the year. I’ve sent the hospital letter confirming diagnoses etc but we’re at the start of the journey and she still has a follow up appointment coming up looking at possible other related needs poss adhd or odd but not much I could add on the form about this as it hasn’t been looked into yet. But yea sorry long winded has anyone been awarded before for Tourette’s alone? Thanks

MammaLBlue · 13/06/2023 13:12

I’m 4th April so we Should hear around the same time! Got told 5 weeks to go 🥲

Lo89 · 13/06/2023 13:17

It’s such a long wait I just hope it gets awarded 😩

Hello90xx · 13/06/2023 14:28

Minnie83 · 13/06/2023 14:33

Mumof3premies · 13/06/2023 15:56

My sons claim runs out on the 19th apparently we won’t know if he has received it until the middle of July 😞 why do they tell you different things every time you ring

Minnie83 · 13/06/2023 16:33

@Mumof3premies yep I said yesterday that there not sorting renewal until they run out, the system is shambles

Hannahb03 · 13/06/2023 16:42

Start of march, I’m 23rd of march and was told I should hear 1st week of July 🤞🏼

Hannahb03 · 13/06/2023 16:42

Is anyone else getting more anxious as the time goes on? I did the form as well as I could but I’m so worried I haven’t done enough and it will get rejected 🥺

Mumof3premies · 13/06/2023 17:00

I’ve just had a text saying he’s been awarded going to ring now to find out what rate!

OxfordB · 13/06/2023 19:31

Application received 10/3/23; acknowledgment letter dated 21/3. Stated 12 weeks for processing, that deadline is past - heard nothing yet. 🤦‍♂️
