I mean just look at that, insisting that there’s no educational plan in place for your child and no diagnosis, when DLA isn’t even about all of that 🙄🙄, so pathetic honestly. Like @Lollypops88 said, I don’t how I would’ve handlers been under such pressure like that, only to be declined. Bloody cheek of it all. You know, what you’re Daughter needs and deserves to get what support she is entitled to, so good on you for continuing to fight them as they definitely hope and want you to give up at the first decline. So horrible of them, you’ve got this hun!

@3Hearts1Beat aw thanks babe yes it was a shitty trick of there's, but as I said they could of easily got evidence if they needed it, but no its easier to decline any award. I'm sure they will find something to decline this MR. Can't wait to hear what bulls%%t they come out with this time 😬

Ok ladies so the doctors letter has been scanned on the system, so just waiting for the decision maker to see it i really hope they give him what he deserves praying to the universe i dont have to fight them ❤

Hey, do any of you know how long UC take to backdate had a letter to say under circumstances it will be but I asked how long it takes last week and still no reply, so just wondering if any of you know?

Do u know what, keeping my fingers crossed that the wait really isn’t that long cause even that 5 weeks sounds ridiculously long, especially considering that many others have had their MR decisions back even before that time frame! 😩… At this point u already know the drill, keeping ringing and bugging them. @Mumto2sengirlsxx erm I think it was like a week and half but I literally had to keep ringing them and messaging them. They put a letter on the journal to say under the circumstances it will be back dated but no details, so I asked them how long it would take like a day after and still nothing. 🤷

@Minnie83 I will message again tomorrow thankyou makes me laugh really they take ages to give what your owed but they was quick enough to take £330 off me for carers a week later 🙈
