@Minnie83 I phoned them again this morning, couldn't help myself 🙈 we are finally with a decision maker, the man I spoke to was lovely he said he going to send a message over to the decision maker to chase it up and get him to send a text message with the outcome he said it should be today latest monday 🤞

@Minnie83 my daughter has been award HRC 🥰 definitely ring next week I rang yesterday and was told still with decision maker then withing less than 24 hours it's been to a Decision maker and sorted 🎊 let me know how you get on!! I'll have my fingers crossed for you 🤞

Up date on my claim scan date 26th of jan whent to the decision maker on the 27th april and they sent a letter to the docs, doc has received today and will sign and send back with in the next 2 weeks fingers x its going in the right direction

Good afternoon all just wondering if anybody knows how long after you get an mr decision do you get the back pay for the new rate awarded ?
put in an mr 4 weeks ago as my son got awarded low rate care but felt this was not the right decision I received a letter yesterday saying they had changed there decision and awarded him middle rate care this is what I truly believed he deserved so I am very relieved and happy he has finally got what he deserved

Minnie83 this is what they said to me when i asked why they said its because they needed more infor from the doctor

Oh he told me there 65k behind on claims , he did say it could be quicker depends how many they get through each day 🤔

ive called this morning and they said if I haven’t heard anything by the 30th then to call again and check if I want to but it won’t speed things up. It’s the first time I’ve rang and the woman was so rude made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience to her 😂 what’s your scan date? X

@Minnie83 for some reason it wouldnt let me log in to reply to you the other day but finally worked!!! When i spoke to them last week they said 7-10 days i tried to call in just but it cut me straight off so their phone lines are being dodgy for me again 🙄 'x

My date that I got on the letter I received said that they received my form on 27/2/23 which was 2 weeks after I sent it. Am I right in thinking that this is the scan date and will be back dated from then. Sorry very new to this but sooo tired of waiting for a reply from them 🤞🤞🤞 not too much longer. I got a text saying a decision hasn't been made yet but not to call and they will contact me. Is this standard? How long should I expect to wait before calling. Its making me super anxious.
