She's taken an overdose. And it's my fault, I left my medication where she could find it. Shit, shit, shit.

How frightening for you. Don't feel guilty about it happening to be youur meds she took- she could've taken something else instead at some point if she was feeling that way.

I hope she feels better soon and gets the help she needs.

I took a small overdose of something once and I couldn't even sit upright at the hospital when waiting. But really it was just something I did as a gesture. I voluntarily had other help after that.

I'm not saying that's always what it is but it often is. It should mean that she gets some help now xx

I'm so desperately sorry. I was that kid many years ago - being young is so very tough and they are all so fragile underneath.
