ds3 says leyyow for yellow and call spaghetti piss getty

babygrand · 24/07/2007 12:07

I don't remember most of them now as it's too long ago - but one that sticks in my mind is 'mazamine' (magazine)

mymama · 24/07/2007 12:19

ds2

hostipal = hospital
mazagine = mazagine
tenchuparrr = temperature
thomas the tankanchange = thomas the tank engine

He is 3. Very cute when he says these, one of the top 5 reasons I love having a 3 year old. dd and ds2 play with him and get him to repeat these words for a giggle.

umbeeleebrella - umbrella. Shes almost 2 years and 10 months and it's so cute, I love it.

BocoBeak · 24/07/2007 21:25

dd2 (2) says eyebrowsers instead of eyebrows.

She calls breakfast 'rectus' which sounds obscene. There's a cereal that dd1 calls boulders, and dd2 calls it 'bulbous', so she shouts, 'can i have bulbous for rectus please?' which really sounds quite odd.

BocoBeak · 24/07/2007 21:26

and dd2 also calls harry potter 'harry-potima'

WestCountryLass · 24/07/2007 22:05

DD calls her diary a diarrhea (sp?)

3Ddonut · 24/07/2007 22:13

snizzors and cubumber are my current faves, and my ds who has trouble with his 'l's' saying lolly!

DS recently learned "apricot" - but he says "ape-y-cock"

He likes his car makes and today when we were drawing he inststed that I draw a "cnt car" - "draw a cnt car mummy, cnt car please, MUMMY DRAW CNT CAR!!" Very relieved we were at home on our own - after lots of guesses it transpired he wanted a Punto. (Not easy to draw I might add.)

(I knew it had to be innocent - even I haven't said that in front of him...)

3Ddonut · 24/07/2007 22:26

Just remembered another corker, my neighbour and a friend are both called Jackie, ds (3) says 'Jackie' to my friend, to our neighbour? - 'Jackula' (as in Dracula) how embarrasing!

Rachmumoftwo · 24/07/2007 22:28

DD said her writing was all 'wanky' but I think (hope) she meant wonky!

Rachmumoftwo · 24/07/2007 22:29

Oh and she likes to listen to 'Wamy Winehouse' in the car.

chipmonkey · 24/07/2007 23:29

Ds2 used to call the Basilisk in Harry Potter the Vasilisk. When I explained that it was pronounced with a B like Bouncy Ben in Letterland, he said "Mammy don't be silly, the Vasilisk doesn't have a letter on him!"

suedonim · 24/07/2007 23:32

I think the best any of mine came up with was dd2, whose favourite Beatrix Potter character was, apparently, 'Vagina Puddleduck'.

Little - yiggle
Computer - Wooter
hap Burfy - Happy birthday

he once told me a long and involved tale about radiaters in shops - you go on the train, and they have radiators in the shop, and you stand on them!

I thought he was dreaming until the next time we visiting my next big town, by train, and went into the shopping centre - he yelled "Look, those radiator5s!"
