DD is 2 and already goes to holisitic play sessions, dancing and swimming every week. I am a helicopter, PFB, poncey pushy mother.

expatinscotland · 02/07/2007 11:19

French lessons.

Stretch limo?

That's not poncey, that's chavvy.

Get your facts straight, hun.

Cammelia · 02/07/2007 11:19

You ought to run a ponce of the year show. You have such good ponce radar.

A friend of a friend has allegedly sent her son aged 10 to Mandarin classes. Without any chinese heritage or impending secondment to shanghai, don't you think that is poncey?

CatIsSleepy · 02/07/2007 11:19

i took DD to baby signing
am i a ponce?

CodHun · 02/07/2007 11:19

scorpio1 · 02/07/2007 11:20

btw, its not my DD who goes to pony club (i only have ds's)

BBBee · 02/07/2007 11:20

my son (7) told me the book I was reading looked a bit 'vulgar'. It was wicked by gregory maguire - looks no way vulgar (what a ponce!)

CodHun · 02/07/2007 11:20

They all wear matching swimhats. She learned to raise one leg gracefully out of the water a la Esther Williams and to do a backwards somersault underwater. Was well impressed. Olympics here we come.

MaccaMacca · 02/07/2007 11:21

I nominate dd's last b/day thing which was a cookery session in a converted barn making their own lunch using only organic ingredients

Earlybird · 02/07/2007 11:22

Last week dd went to a birthday party straight after school held in a nearby park. The two host mums arranged for all children to be transported from school to the park via rickshaw (there were 4 to shuttle children to the site).

Poncetastic!
