help me with my housing situation please!!!!!!!!

Some of you will have read my threads on my neighbours but we are pushing to get moved, having the housing manager coming out tomorrow and I want to get out of here. My SIL is in Bolton and I have expressed an inerested in 2 houses up there. Homeless won't help because the police can't give me a letter, council want to me to start the eviction process (ie complain and get them to sort it out or face eviction) but I can't do that as I know it will make things worse. Now I need some help to get us moved, I have 2 disabled kids and they can't live like this, and I have to go out a lot for appointments etc and its so scary going out. Please help me.

shit. Still report it though, it still goes down as harrasment even if it isnt the neighbours you have problems with.

Also, phone the council and advise them and ask for something in writing to say they are aware of the situation.

already spoken to the council, they have emailed the housing officer. If it was someone else they would have knocked wouldn't they?

i would assume so.... i guess you get on with your other neighbours ok, and they would feel they could approach you without being threatening.

my guess is they want you to be in the garden cleaning them so they can start something.

sod cleaning it - grab a bottle of bleach and chuck the contents in the bin and the surrounding area and spray some air freshener!!!

Dont be out there scrubbing.... they will think you care then!

My bin is inside atm smelling sweet, I have to bag up the other bag again and then I can throw the bag in the bin, put the lid on and bleach the floor./

so even if someone comes knocking and says I am not doing anything about, I can say I am waiting for the paint to dry on my bin

Keep the note sparkly - keep it safe, it's all evidence. Who else but your next door neighbours could smell it anyway? And it's smelled for a day or so not weeks or months, I think writing a note is ridiculous.

You're winning this - they aren't getting a reaction from you and that is what they want. Make sure you are singing happily when cleaning the bin area so they know you're not bothered!

You know and I know it was them.... rise above it. Its pathetic that they are starting to whinge about something so sinister - obviously think they arent bothering you with everything else.

Have you thought about getting CCTV set up at your front door so you can tape what is happening and who is coming and gonig?!

I dread to think how many logs you have now..... its ridiculous - how many logs to you have to make before showing the police/council?

I didn't log that one, they were only there seconds, just thrown that bag into the sweet smelling bin and have put bleach on the ground... I didn't think it semlt as bad as yesterday
