Some of you will have read my threads on my neighbours but we are pushing to get moved, having the housing manager coming out tomorrow and I want to get out of here. My SIL is in Bolton and I have expressed an inerested in 2 houses up there. Homeless won't help because the police can't give me a letter, council want to me to start the eviction process (ie complain and get them to sort it out or face eviction) but I can't do that as I know it will make things worse. Now I need some help to get us moved, I have 2 disabled kids and they can't live like this, and I have to go out a lot for appointments etc and its so scary going out. Please help me.

exactly why you need it sorted asap - have you told the council about it? surely they will take note that it is affecting a child?

sparklymieow · 09/06/2005 23:29

I think I have, not sure, have spoken to so many people the last few days, can't remember

it may well be the anti-d's - i felt like that for a few weeks after i started taking them

sparklymieow · 09/06/2005 23:52

haven't started them yet, doctor said to think about taking them. He said i didn't have to, but obv. he can then say that he has prescibed them to the council

OP posts:
jessicasmummy · 09/06/2005 23:52

start taking them honey, they may make you feel better. if not, stop taking them. I only took mine for about 6 weeks when i should have been on them for 4 months!

sparklymieow · 09/06/2005 23:53

have phoned the doctor's surgery and asked for the doctor who came out to me to phone me about DS, have spoken to the school and asked the head to phone me. Suppose I will be told off for keeping the kids off today. I hope the council get back to me ASAP with a house

I think the school could be a bit more understanding - do they know the story? FGS you would take them if you could but like yesterday you couldn't get off the drive to pick them up. I would explain the whole story and ask them to write a letter to the housing/council/police and anyone else they can stating that this will soon be affecting the kids education as well as their mental state.

Sparkly, yet another letter BUT every letter you write and call you make is one step nearer to FREEDOM!

Thinking of you x

sparklymieow · 10/06/2005 10:46

Have spoken to the doctor and he said its annother factor for the council to think about. I am going to ask the head to write to the council too, because its will affect their education.

KBear · 10/06/2005 11:06

Write it down on the log you are keeping.

sparklymieow · 10/06/2005 11:08

do you think I am making too much of all this?? I sometimes think I am, and that they aren't doing anything..... but then I see them parked across the drive and the stares, and I think yes they are bad.....

OP posts:
KBear · 10/06/2005 11:12

No, absolutely not. Come on sparkly, chin up girl - things are happening now (not quick enough) but you have to stay strong. Put the radio on, potter about, distract yourself for an hour with something that will relax you and don't start doubting yourself and thinking that what has happened isn't as bad as all that. It is, he is violent and aggressive and he will be dealt with by the authorities. Very soon.
