Afternoon. We’ve had the lot today, rain, wind, sun, two hailstorms.

I hoovered around this morning (DH isn’t aware of any filters either ) and then knitted this afternoon.

Hope Monday hasn’t been too bad for everyone.

Have been knitting since I got in but it’s getting quite chilly now where I’m sitting.

Today we have had weather. Four seasons in one day, etc. Though not snow. Everything else though - rain, hail, wind, sun, thunder.

We had a takeaway tonight, which was wonderful because minimal washing up. Then I realised I needed to bake a birthday cake for family, so I spent ages in the kitchen doing that, tidying up, and also washing up stuff that didn't go in the dishwasher yesterday. And I have to stay up until the cake is baked. Midnight. FMDisorganisation.

Have we done the idea of knitted HBFs? I feel we have enough talented knitters to have a good try at it.

Cake was made and it the inevitable post-midnight finish. Ho hum. It's done and ready to be delivered/picked up. (Depends who blinks first ) The weather is miserable (rain, wind, rain etc) so once my phone is charged I'm going to plug in some USB fairy lights to try and cheer things up in my gloomy office. And drink all the hot chocolate.

Today I tried adding extra water to IntelligentCat's food, for digestive purposes. You'd think I'd added cyanide to it. <le sigh> Even IdiotKitty is at it! Fussy sods.

Afternoon. Same weather, very cold wind bits of sun and rain. I’ve just done a Sainsbury’s shop while DH collected DGS.

Someone did knit miniature Muskies I think ages ago, but I would need a pattern of some sort.

They are fussy Helen, I remember trying to add a worming tablet to Misty’s food and she ate all round it leaving it in the middle.

Oh, DH has mended the treadmill. He found someone online called the Treadmill Doctor - yes really - and phoned him. He gave DH the eBay listing number for the part he needed to solder into the circuit board and it worked. Hurrah! Not that I’ve used it since.

I really want cake now 😋

I remember buying LetUsCat what (at the time for me) was expensive M&S cat food as a treat for him. Sniffed it and basically pushed the bowl away with a look of disgust on his face. He also ate a bowlful of biscuits leaving an antibiotic tablet behind.

I’ve been to work, listened to the rain and hail showers, came home and knitted.

Evening all. I have been out for an impromptu family meal, which was very nice. DS came along and was on good form, which was lovely. It's a bit chilly though.

Hurrah for the treadmill apricot, and glad the book is interesting Wicked.

Work has been worky. I have a long list to work through but spent most of the day dealing with issues coming out of yesterday's efforts, so very little new stuff got done. Ho hum.

Afternoon. Still cold but we have sun at the moment.

Nothing going on here, just ironing, scouring the house for stuff for the bin and knitting.

Evening all. Was running late this morning and spent the day in a different location with many stairs and too many reasons to go up and down them ad nauseum. It's been a loooong day, with added IT issues and a bonus fire drill.

Also, cold. Though also sunshine to make it all a bit more bearable.

Sodding cold here <shivers> was working at home, so was able to hang washing out. Some of which dried. To be fair, I would have been warmer had I not had a window open for Chonk & Floof. Chonk enjoyed coming & going whereas Floof stayed asleep near the window except when he followed me outside when I went in the garden to hang the washing out.

DS is out the door, dishwasher and washing is on, and CuddlyKitty is snuggling. Today will involve more emailing and spreadsheet wrangling, but fewer stairs. (Thank goodness.)

Afternoon. Frosty here this morning. DS anticipated it and brought the seedlings out of his greenhouse into the laundry. <sigh> Still, that’s better than his bedroom, where they were before he had the greenhouse. 😩

Awwww at CuddlyKitty and leaving the window open for Chonk and Floof.

Mad busy at work again. Physio appointment got pushed back a bit so I briefly came home after work, went out and then back home. Feel quite shattered now. I was pondering a bath but not sure that’s wise in case I nod off.

I’m so pleased DH hasn’t done tomato plants this year as usually we end up with them all over the house until it’s time for them to go into the greenhouse.

Today was tediously busy. The washing probably dried on the line but got left out until it was getting cold and just starting to rain, which was annoying. We have seedlings on windowsills as well as the greenhouse. Hopefully they're all coping with the chillier weather.

In good news though, SickyChicky seems to be better. Hurrah!

Morning. It's grey and cloudy and threatening to rain here. DS has refused to take an umbrella but it hasn't actually rained so that was ok.

Afternoon. Nice sunny day but still chilly. My car refused to start again this morning so I had to wait for DH to come home before I could go out to do some local jobs. I think it’s just that I don’t do enough miles to charge the battery.

Oh gosh LetUs, I don’t know whether we have tomato plants, I’m useless at horticulture, but he’s grown them previously so we probably have.
