Thought I'd better do a new one cos 'chat' threads go after 90 days

And there is NO WAY I'm doing the IQ test. There is no way I could get more than 120!

OMG, beer fest was FABBY!!!

We got there for it opening at 11am and set up camp in the few comfy chairs.
Looking at the notes we took during we had 17 half pints each but, as one of the few females on the premises, I tended to get the ends of barrels (nearly half pints most of the time) for free !!
A lot of the bar staff were heavy handed on the pouring as well so a lot of just over the half pints .

We are both up bright and early and getting ready to go liberate dd from her Grandparents.

NEVER leaving dd there again

Arrived to pick her up and she was screaming with teething pain. They hadn't bothered to give her Brufen or Calpol despite us leaving it there with instructions. FIL was winding her up and we both asked him several times just to leave her be, to give her time for the painkillers to kick in.
I asked a further time if he could just leave her alone and was told:
"It's easy for you. No offence, but I can't just ignore her"

HOW FUCKING DARE HE .
I know my own dd better than he ever will

It took us ages to get her calmed down when we left. I'd only ever seen her this upset once before, and that was when we left her there the last time

At the moment I just can't face seeing my PIL again. I won't stop dh taking dd over, but I just can't face being criticised like that again.

And there was a big lump of dried on poo on the outside of her babywipes container !!!!

rant away macdog!! i have a mil who refused to call me when ds1 was really upset, so that was the one and only time she looked after ds1. as we went in to collect him she said, oh its alright hes only just started crying, and then as we went in to the living room dp's brother said, no he hasnt hes been crying scince you went!!!

but as you know i dont like her anyway, she brought me formula to feed ds1 with when i was bf him just so she could have a turn at feeding him!!!

ok, i'll stop now...

i only managed 98 i think on that iq test thing, i sat in bed last night from 10pm till i had to make myself turn the computer off at 2am !!!!!!!!!! and then ds2 was awake at 6 am this morning, typical. so im off to bed asap now, i am just watching topgear, and need to iron the uniforms when they have finished drying then its of to the land of nod for me!!

Oh sympathies for macpup. DD is getting her canines. All four at once. She doesn't seem to be too bad though. Not given her pain relief in ages. Oh touch wood.

Watching Ugly Betty on E4+1.

Oh and have a small problem. Spoken to my sister (a Dr) and I need to go and see one.....a female one....

oh dear, so i had already informed work that i wouldnt be in today as ds2 cant go to nursery (although we still get charged for the pleasure of keeping him home with us!)
and then i wake up feeling ill anyway, so i have chilled on the sette all day, (i have a sickness bug) so now, i have to work an extra day this week to make up for being off today, but i really dont think they will believe me when i tell them i was really ill and i will still have to work an extra day to make it up

ds2 has decided to compleltey stop his bf now, i was slowly cutting down but he would rather have his bottle now and doesnt want boon anymore but give it a month a i get to go pick normal bras again!!!

I bought an underwired feeding bra from figleaves for the wedding. It's lovely and my tits look great in it! I don't wear it very often because it feels a bit weird after not wearing a wire for 2 1/2 years. The fastenings on the cup are the same as the hook and eye on the back so not easy to clip discreetly.

juat handed my yellowmoon order in at the school ]www.yellowmoon.co.uk got soem xmas things fro ds1 to make in the xmas holidays, to keep him entertained, some wooden decs for him to paint, and some paper chains and xmas cards to make, they give 10% of all orders to the school so is quite good for fund raising.
ds2 is asleep already, he was up at 6am but has a bit of a cough so kind os wakes himslef up everytime he coughs.

so, im going to read harry potter while i have 10mins of peace!!!!!!!

Oh my! Woke up at 7.15 AM with a melon on my chest and armpit. Not holding my breathe but wow! Washing machine broken, so both tots in disposable nappies until it gets fixed next week. Wish I hadn't mentioned that it was a coincidence he slept through in a disposable nappy. Any excuse for dh to not use them....
