I remember Thurlow. I felt sorry for her at first but then she escalated VERY quickly and was a bit nasty and unreasonable. It was explained but she called us quichey and said we were the worst ever on MN, which was patently untrue.

My two have mocks starting on Monday Fancy. They did quite a bit over Christmas but I think it'll be very good for them to have the rigour of having to do two exams on the same day and then again the next. A couple of them (History definitely) is a 'walking talking' ick which I'd never heard of and ds1 never did, but seems to be in thing.

Ds2 has been at the girlfriends all pm so he's not exactly stressing out about any of it.

Agree about the rigours of the timetable comtess - DS has two exams most days - some days 3. No entirely sure how much work he's doing, but more than normal - including studying with his gf when she was round at the weekend!
