Quick moan about children - Twin A has lost his fucking blazer which costs about £70. He has been told in no uncertain terms to bloody well find it. Twin B has come home with sole flapping from school shoes. This will be another £60 at best. They both got the full BAF (Bitchy Active Face) whilst I tore into them. Then ds4 piped up that he needs £8 for a Lego robotics thing. Bad timing son.

comtesse do you remember the Thurlow incident? It was about some art malc had done that we were all pming about. Thurlow thought we were talking about her behind her back and did the flounciest flounce ever.

Oh yes - I remember Thurlow. Someone talked about the PM re. Malc's art, and then also laughed at Thurlow being ripped into by Drink, and then apologised. But made it sound like the apology was because the PM was about her, not because on laughing at the Drink-savaging. Poor Thurlow Still, if she was that easily flounced then probably better out of the Tavern than in, or she'd have needed a revolving door.
