I shall be very interested to find out if the bees are producing milk, and astonished of the cats are laying anything but dead mice/mice innards out in a neat little row to be stepped on. Chickens will doubtless be enjoying their walks - hope the cockerel hasn't attacked anyone yet

We are having a lovely time in HotForeignParts today we went to the southernmost point of HotPlace and played in the sea which was fabulous - rock pools and live contents a go-go

Had an odd day today which involved slipping in the car park and landing heavily on my knee and hand FFS.

Letus so did I!!! Car-park-fall twin!!! I've just done a (frankly excruciating) body combat class and came out to a pitch black car park, skidded on some wet mud/leaf mulch slush and ended up in weird one leg in air, twisted heap, with big Tarmac graze on my hand. Plus I've got a load of mud/filth embedded in my wool coat which I was carrying. Ffs. Not cool.

helen!! Good to hear from you. All's well in here - I groomed the bees earlier, they're looking really sleek now . I've not been attacked by any cocks, I mean cockerels. I find the trick is just to look them straight in the eye and look like you'll stand for all sorts of no nonsense.

Ref Santi's Instagram pic. It's definitely LA, as has street banner for Gehry exhibition which is currently at LACMA in LA. But as every street round there seems to have palm trees and cycle lanes that's as good as I can get.

Yes we all have one of those pots mrsB - I swear they're bottomless. DD still uses the stuff & yet the pot hasn't been finished. 'Tis magic. I do find the idea of a use by date on it amusing though - like the discussion of sell by dates on cheese that was on QI years ago.
