Lets get Nutty a House.................I THINK WE"VE GOT IT

Right, just had a very stressful morning where someone at sanctuary who obviously didn't have a clue what was going on, told me that the house wasn't empty and a load of other crap.
I demanded to speak to the person i spoke to the other day and this is how the conversation went.

ME : I am very confused and stressed out, can you please explain exactly what is going on.

HER : We have completed you rent check which has come back fine, and now we just have to get the surveyor to inspect your flat, we have emailed him and are waiting for a reply to let us know when he can do it.

ME : So if the inspection is o.k am i then going to be offered the house ??

HER : YES

So that must mean i have it right. I know the inspection will be fine.

I still can't quite believe it, what do you think ??

Dp is about to go paint the bathroom, and all the tester pot bits i've done.

Will have to go off again in a mo incase they ring about the inspection.

Excellent news Nutty, will still keep everything crossed until the final yes and by the sounds of it that won't be long.

I'm so pleased as I remember your post from ages ago when you said your Ds has never had a garden and hardly played in one either. It made me cry. This is fantastic.
