Lets get Nutty a House.................I THINK WE"VE GOT IT

Right, just had a very stressful morning where someone at sanctuary who obviously didn't have a clue what was going on, told me that the house wasn't empty and a load of other crap.
I demanded to speak to the person i spoke to the other day and this is how the conversation went.

ME : I am very confused and stressed out, can you please explain exactly what is going on.

HER : We have completed you rent check which has come back fine, and now we just have to get the surveyor to inspect your flat, we have emailed him and are waiting for a reply to let us know when he can do it.

ME : So if the inspection is o.k am i then going to be offered the house ??

HER : YES

So that must mean i have it right. I know the inspection will be fine.

I still can't quite believe it, what do you think ??

Ah thanks guys, you brought tears to my eyes.

They have just called me to say that the surveyor is coming tommorow. I asked what they check and she just said they'll look at the general state of the property. If there is anything they aren't happy with they will ask us to put it right.
Can't think of anything so it should be fine.
Presumably then i'll get an offer over the phone and then one in writing.

I still can't quite believe it. One i get the offer in writing i will tell the kids, and see who crys first, me or them.

I can't thank you all enough for all your help, i couldn't of done it without you.

Misdee - Hopefully they'll ring on Friday. At least now i know i'm definatly being offered it so i feel soooo relieved.

Katzguk - It is on the same estate i'm on now, which is in Sutton Coldfield in Brum

phone them as soon as the inspection is done tomorrow, and make sure u are getting offered the house. then turn down the masionette.

Nutty, that certainly souinds like they are going to offer you the house.
I have everything crossed for you.
You just need to make sure that the place is looking good for the surveyor tomorrow, so I don't expect we will se you on MN much tonight.
If, however, you do come into the bar the drinks will be on you.

Ooooo a decorating/gardening party - we can all turn up with some paint and a brush or some plants and decorate/do the garden for you.
You will have to list what you need so the housewarming fairy can get to work - how exciting - really pleased for you!!
Let's see now - I've got a Barbie bike looking for a new home.

As far as i know if the inspection goes o.k which it should then once the report has been given to the lettings department they will offer it. Obviously i will not need any time to think about it

Your right Jan, lots of work to do tonight,i'll open the bar early i think,if thats o.k.

am i right in thinking that u will be moving over the rd from where u are now? does that mean u will rope people in to carry things over rather than get a van? lol.

Yes Misdee, it's over the road and around the corner. A bit too far to carry stuff, but dp has a small van for work so we will probably use that.

Right i've opened the Bar, drinks on me. A bit early i know, but i may not be around later
