Lets get Nutty a House.................I THINK WE"VE GOT IT

Right, just had a very stressful morning where someone at sanctuary who obviously didn't have a clue what was going on, told me that the house wasn't empty and a load of other crap.
I demanded to speak to the person i spoke to the other day and this is how the conversation went.

ME : I am very confused and stressed out, can you please explain exactly what is going on.

HER : We have completed you rent check which has come back fine, and now we just have to get the surveyor to inspect your flat, we have emailed him and are waiting for a reply to let us know when he can do it.

ME : So if the inspection is o.k am i then going to be offered the house ??

HER : YES

So that must mean i have it right. I know the inspection will be fine.

I still can't quite believe it, what do you think ??

So is it definite or not? I've been waiting to post just in case but it sounds pretty certain. I really hope it is Nutty, get those interiors mags out now!

It's about as definate as it gets for now. They have said that they are going to write with conformation of the offer but they need to find out how much the rent is first. If i don't get anything in tommorows post i will ring them.

The H/A have just called me to say that the house should be completed on 11th June My birthday is the 10th, i never dreamt i'd have a house by then. Not sure when exactly we can move in. Hopefully either that weekend or the following week.
They are going to redecorate the whole of the downstairs and give me 160 quids worth of vouchers for upstairs (which i will use for flooring for kids rooms).

God it's really happeneing, i'm moving to a HOUSE :

Congratulations Nutcracker, I'm really pleased for you! I love decorating, it is the nicest bit - day dreaming about all those lovely large rooms - all yours in less than a month!

And you have your birthday in a great month - isn't June brilliant?! (mine's the 16th so I should know). Hope you went for the chocolate sofa, sounds lovely. xx

Yes we are going to have the choccie sofa's, just have to save the money first.

Living room is 3rd on the list as the kids rooms will be done first.
