oh dear. madame got migraine coming on. Mouse up till 3am. I woke up at 3.45am and then couldn't sleep.

I cant sleep now, i feel wide awake. but i need to stay up late, and keep ds's up (ds2 - like me needs a lot of sleep, we can both easily sleep for 12 hours and he often begs to go to sleep at 6.45pm - he is normally asleep by 7pm, whereas ds1 only needs 11pm-5am) and take ds's in the car at 11pm to collect dh from airport. normally I go to bed by 9pm if I am given the choice.

maybe I will just sit here and watch another TM episode.

Back from sportingtournament. DS1 got second place in his category! Slightly surprised as he's only been at the level he's at IYSWIM for a very short time in comparison to the others. [proud]

Afternoon all

Been at but of radio silence here as we're starting that hellish time of year when DrIssy has tonnes of marking and I end up spending my times trying to keep the kids occupied putside of the house as much as possible. Actually hasn't been too bad today (unlike last night when ds1 was being a brat), both dc have been well behaved, no tandums, offering to hel etc. mind we've spend the day at sporting activities, cinema and shopping.

Good thing: had some me-time going around Ikea as they asked to go into Smaland and there was space - result!

Not so good thing: poor ds1, who staying in car with sleeping ds2 while I popped into shop, had a PPP accident. As I was wiping his bottom, felt gush as I came on. At least I could make him feel better by admitting we both had dirty pants

Back home now, just got gardening, tidying, laundry and cooking to do. Oh the joy.

Afternoon all. Read but retained little. Buxton was one of my escapes when I lived in hugescarycity as well as Tatton Park. Beautiful part of the world!

Things are looking up. Third time in the last few days I wasn't asked to help with are wiping after poo. Is that what freedom looks like?

The first time I was a bit apprehensive but you can't stop the progress. Hands are clean and no ooo signs anywhere. Tbf to her, she's been doing er tioilet at the nurseries for over a year but would come home with dfirty pants so at home I preferred to do it myself so no sore bum.
